1.公寓位於巴黎第三區，在蓬皮杜邊上，離巴黎聖母院和盧浮宮都不遠，治安很好，比較安全。
2.公寓邊上幾百米就有地鐵站，機場到公寓坐RER就可以，交通也很方便。
3.公寓面積比較大，有接近50平方米，一般來説酒店都不到20平，廚房、洗衣機等一應俱全，樓下還有一個轉換插排，可以給手機、充電寶啥的充電，特別方便。樓上的閣樓睡覺很舒服，當然樓下還有沙發床，能住4個人。
4.房東一文先生是一位非常紳士的法國人，對中國文化也很有興趣。我們到公寓之前等了我們很久（出關比較慢），在公寓下面等我們並且幫我們拿箱子，到公寓後熱心的介紹公寓的佈局、電器使用等，非常nice，還給我們買了幾個橘子，味道特別好。
5.一文先生特別熱情，邀請我們去他的另一個公寓做客，還打算幫我們去火車站改簽車票，真的是特別好。
