We have been here before, exceeded our expectations and got an upgrade for the room. Location is great to explore the environment, good restaurants in the neighborhood, subway (metro) is close by. Next time we certainly recommend to return back.

The service is amazing. All the staff are very friendly! The breakfast is too good to miss out! Location wise, it’s in the middle of the down town area, only few minutes walk to the station which can take you anywhere. Even in the heart of Paris, the hotel room offers you a very quiet experience during your rest.

Beautiful hotel in Paris 9 with a very French touch! Attention to details in almost everything, professional stuff on reception and at breakfast. Location is fantastic, good restaurants are just the same street. And soooo quite and comfortable in the room!

From the moment we stepped inside the level of customer services was great. Beautiful room, lovely touches, an amazing shower! The shower gel, shampoo smelled delightful. Breakfast was great, the selection was amazing and Anca was helpful, informative&funny! Thank you one and all.

Everything was good. The location is very good, close to important points of interest, like Louvre Museum, Opera, Pantheon, traditional boutique shops and bakeries. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were renovated and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was plenty and very tasty. Overall, I would stay here again for my next trip in Paris.

Very friendly staff , warm and helping . The restaurant manager Anca she is amazing , alert , friendly and goes an extra mile. Front staff team is very helpful in contrast of many other hotels of Paris ( where I fount staff quiet cold) The rooms are cozy and clean, good beds. Small guy but does the job and nice hammam ( steam bath). Location is few minutes walk from Opera and location in middle of a nice bustling street with plenty of restaurants around, but inside the hotel is very quiet. Excellent stay, thumbs of ANCA she is champion employee. Would definitely repeat my stay.
