Our Mayfair deluxe room was 10 sqm rather 13.5-15. Very hot, cant open the window due to noise and direct sun shine during day. Bathroom has mould. Overall not comfortable.

The room is the smallest i ever stayed. I've been to paris several times and wasn't expecting huge room but the size is not acceptable. we stayed in one double bedroom. There is not enough space for two people to walk around the bed. There is no space for me to open the suitecase fully. Understand this is Paris but the room is not suitable for any guests. The only thing i like about this hotel was staffs were friendly. I wouldn't recommend double bed suite to anyone.

This hotel is excellent. It is well-located (metro entrance is just around the corner, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby) and well-decorated throughout. Importantly, it is clean, WiFi is super fast, and staff were corteous and helpful both on arrival and upon check out. Upon arrival we had an excellent intro to the facilities and working aspects of the hotel, namely how to use the WiFi, which requires getting a code from the TV. At first the TV would turn off itself within a few seconds and show other names' other than mine as the guest. We left for dinner and after coming back asked reception who told us it was usually updated in the evening, and so it was. After this the WiFi worked perfectly and at great speeds (easily 100Mbps up/down). Breakfast was nice, although it could benefit from a wider choice. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great little spot right off of a metro line, so it was very convenient coming to and from the airport. The room was very comfortable but small. Breakfast was good but a little weird service-wise because there wasn't someone to greet me or explain it to me, so I just stood there for a bit confused. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay on an overnight layover.

Everything was a train ride away. Very cleanness and friendly staff. Only issue was the communication on the card being used for the electricity on the room. Otherwise it was a fantastic hotel!

The cleaning lady stole $400 from my daughters wallet left in the room by accident. Beware one side of sign says do not disturb, the other side sats clean the room. No whete does it say take someone's money...the nerve. No cameras no proof and of course hotel management sided with the cleaning staff.
