The room is newly renovated which is good, location is good. Much improvement needed for their service ie. Request for a pillow but it didn’t arrive, they don’t make up rooms even the make room signs are displayed so we didn’t get enough drinking water refilled. The room is hot we need to open the window for cool air to come in. For a hotel under such big group, it is quite disappointing.

The location is really good and the rooms are clean because they renovated! They clean well and the staff are all friendly. However, only some rooms have been renovated so the way to the room can be a bit messy. There is an elevator, but depending on the room number, there are stairs that go down half a floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, that part can be a bit difficult.
