Excellent service and super clean! Our room was exceptional. The entire staff was very nice and friendly, always there to assist. Very conveniently located. After being there for several days, we valued their breakfast, their selections were much nicer and for sure a most completed version than most. We will be back!

The room was spacious and the location was near the Paris must-visit places. Very safe until the midnight crowded by travellers and locals. Breakfast was excellent with freshly made omelette and various kinds of cheese. Satisfied overall except a bit of smell of a sewer.

very close to the Louvre, 2 mins walk can lead you there. There are many cafes and resaturants (one of them is a famous Japanese udon restaurant in the city. Also, just 15 mins walk to the Opera House.

The room is newly renovated which is good, location is good. Much improvement needed for their service ie. Request for a pillow but it didn’t arrive, they don’t make up rooms even the make room signs are displayed so we didn’t get enough drinking water refilled. The room is hot we need to open the window for cool air to come in. For a hotel under such big group, it is quite disappointing.

When I made the reservation, I chose Normandy because the location was so good. When I stayed, the location was really good, and the room condition was also the best. They clean it every day, so you don't have to worry about theft. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and I used a filter shower, but the water quality was not bad! I don't usually write reviews, but the reason I wrote one was because of the kindness of the staff. Not just one staff member, but all of them were kind! Thanks to them, I had a more pleasant trip to Paris. If a friend of mine goes to Paris, I will definitely recommend it.

I am satisfied with the perfect location. The duplex room was new to me because it was my first time here, and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious, comparable to an outside cafe. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The location is quite close to the Louvre, and it is very convenient to travel to the city center by subway or on foot. However, it is a very crowded area on weekends, so it is quite noisy. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was broken, and since it could not be repaired, I had to keep the window open. It was fine because it was still a good season, but I think it would be quite difficult if it got hot during the day. There are two elevators, but depending on the location, you may end up in a room under the stairs. I had 30 kg of luggage, so I ended up in trouble and the cleaning staff helped me out.

The best part is definitely the location. The location was great, so you could walk to famous tourist attractions like the Louvre and the Tuileries Garden. The room was nice, and the balcony/window was big, which was nice. The service was also friendly.

The location is really good and the rooms are clean because they renovated! They clean well and the staff are all friendly. However, only some rooms have been renovated so the way to the room can be a bit messy. There is an elevator, but depending on the room number, there are stairs that go down half a floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, that part can be a bit difficult. However, the location is really great so the cost-effectiveness is great!!

The location is very good. It's a short walk to the Louvre. The front desk is a bit rigid. The check-in time is very strict.
