Although the service was minimal, the reception was open 24 hours a day, and everyone was friendly, making for a comfortable and safe stay. This hotel was renovated from an old building and newly opened, with each room having a different design. My room was spacious, quiet, and very nice. However, depending on the room, loud noises in the hallway may be quite loud. Cleaning was done slowly, every day around 4:00 PM. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a real lifesaver in the hot summer, but there was a loud mechanical noise that might bother some people (I hope this is fixed). The room has a safe and a kettle. There is no refrigerator. The subway and bus are easily accessible, and there's a small Monoprix supermarket right next to the hotel, making it very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

We chose to stay here during our 4-day stay in Paris. It is located next to the Place de la République, with 4 subway lines, and is very convenient to various attractions. It is said that this is the old Chinese gathering place in Paris, so there are very authentic Chinese restaurants nearby. On the fifth day of the first ***** month, we saw the New Year temple fair of the local Chinese in Paris at the Place de la République, and it was like returning to our motherland in a second, haha. The hotel's rooms are spacious in a place like Paris where every inch of land is valuable, the breakfast is also very good, and the waiters are very polite. They made us, who have just arrived in Paris, feel the enthusiasm of the Parisian people.

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier dynamique et facilement accessible (métro, bus, piéton). Les chambres sont assez spacieuses, bien agencées et propres. En revanche, petit bémol concernant le service de ménage : la femme de ménage est entrée deux fois sans frapper, malgré la présence du panneau « ne pas déranger » sur la porte. Cela nuit un peu à l’intimité et au confort, dommage.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my trip to Paris.
The best part is that it is close to the Nation station. It is good because there are many bus, subway, and RER lines. It takes 20 minutes to get to the Louvre by subway.
The price is also relatively cheap. There is an elevator.
The desk is friendly.
The room is small, but that can't be helped.
The elevator is old, but that can't be helped.
I wonder why they don't change the towels.
They brought them when I asked for them to be changed.
There are almost no foreigners, and it seems like a place where locals go.
Maybe because it's the off-season...

Perfect location, not far from the Marais district and Place de la Republique, though very quiet and safe. Cozy and comfortable rooms, little bit too small though. One of our rooms had no windows, though we didn’t really worry about it, cos we spent whole day-time on outside. The breakfast was pretty good though the space for eating was too cramped and tables were too small.

Very good hotel very well located near the Place de la République. The rooms are very small but very clean and well appointed.
Very good service at reception.
Be careful in the morning there is a queue for breakfast, so you have to go down early. It’s the only black spot in the hotel.

I have picked this hotel due to nice location. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Metro station few minutes from hotel. Rooms smaller than expected and we were charged for luggage storage before checking in. We have came with an infant and group of friends at different times and we were the only one that couldn’t check in early as apparently no rooms were ready … the staff could be nicer. The lobby was nice and overall we had ok stay.

GGuest UserВ Париже бываю достаточно часто, жила в разных округах, впервые выбрала отель в районе Бельвиль. Сам отель отличный - расположен между двух станций метро, доступны две разные ветки. Добраться можно куда угодно. К удобствам в номере вопросов нет. Отличная кровать, удобные матрасы и подушки, все чистые. Полотенца в ванной также.
Из косметики - гель для душа и мыло, если кому-то принципиально. Отличный душ. Зеркало с подсветкой. Правда, не работал полотенцесушитель, видимо, его включают зимой,
но это не слишком принципиально.
Есть холодильник, кофемашина, чайник. Бутилированная вода. Запасы пополняли каждый день - обновляли капсулы для кофе, сливки, воду - все, что было в употреблении.
Полотенца меняли каждый день. Постельное белье - по необходимости или раз в 3 дня.
Нет кондиционера - в Париже в июле было достаточно жарко. Но есть вентилятор, при открытых окнах он спасает. На окнах сетки. Но в номере также есть устройство от комаров, если все же залетят.
В отеле нет лифта - мы жили на 4-м этаже, поднимались по деревянной винтовой лестнице. Но в этом тоже есть своя прелесть.
В номере огромный телевизор - я его не смотрела практически, но он есть.
Есть верхний свет, есть небольшие светильники с двух сторон от кровати.
Две тумбочки. Шкаф. В шкафу полный набор вешалок для всего необходимого, в том числе для брюк.
Сейф, но я им не пользовалась.
Сервис прекрасный. В номерах убирал мужчина, очень приветливый, мы успели пообщаться - за сервис твердая пятерка.
Из нюансов - сам район достаточно шумный. Два раза в неделю (мы так застали, во вторник и пятницу, под окнами отеля рынок - начинают собирать рано,
потом несколько часов работы, затем его разбирают, моют улицу и т.д.). Зато под боком свежайшие овощи, фрукты, ягоды - опыт интересный.
Поблизости несколько ресторанчиков, можно взять комплексный завтрак, либо вечером посидеть с коктейлем - рекомендую Les Triplettes de Belleville.
В отеле завтраки не брали.
Отель отличный. Если появятся кондиционеры и не нужно будет на ночь открывать окна, с удовольствием вернусь.

콩콩떠깅The location of the hotel is a bit far from the tourist spots, but there is a subway right in front of it and it is close to the bus stop. Also, there were many stories that the room was small, but it wasn't bad for two women to use. The bathroom was also convenient because there was plenty of space for the washbasin and shower booth. There is also a refrigerator and cleaning service every day, so the cleanliness was good. It's a bit unfortunate that there are few restaurants around.

CChee LumIt is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.
We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least.
Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.
Would I return? Yes sure

MMiukacheWe were sceptical considering the price and some negative reviews, but can recommend it. If you are in Paris exploring all day and just need a base for crashing in the evening this is for you. Quite basic but clean. Superb vibrant location with excellent transport links. Loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

TTraveling ThespianThe hotel is in a great location and the staff are very helpful and kind. However, the furnishings are tired and the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Our room had no AC and the blackout curtains did not cover the window (not hung properly and dull of holes). Sleeping in the room was nearly impossible as we had to open all windows and the street is quite noisy. It was also very hot and not dark enough because of the terrible curtains.

GGuest UserThe location is actually a bit far from the city center. For breakfast, the hostel has a bread, hot cocoa & coffee. Then jam, panpan buns and Huiyuan juice. Don't let me and my roommate two boys do not have a problem. If the girls live together, they should pay attention to safety (although I see that there are many foreign girls who come to play and live), and it is not very convenient to take a bath and go to the toilet. Cheap is cheap, but I wouldn't recommend radishes and vegetables. Everyone has their own preferences.

GGuest UserКлассный отель! Удобно расположен. Приветливый персонал. У меня был номер на одного с душем, туалет на этаже. Все устроило. Завтрак скромный, но есть холодильник, можно разнообразить завтрак, кого не устраивает. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов на любой вкус и кошелек. Кровать удобная, да, пододеяльника, мыла, полотенца не было, но была к этому готова, поэтому ничего не смутило. Не знаю убирался ли номер, в первый день только мусор исчез из ведра, потом ничего не менялось. Под окном кафешки - в выходные шумновато, но когда весь день гуляешь по Парижу, ничего не мешает уснуть. Контингент в основном молодежь, но встречались и пожилые. Лифт работал, в отеле никто не шумел, туалет чистый на этаже на 4 комнаты, проблем никаких не было. В общем рекомендую!

NNagasakiwifi doesn't reach the room. Reception only. It's a place to find the cheapest private room in Paris, so it can't be helped that it's small. I didn't use the toilet bowl and the washbasin because they got wet in the shower. Bath towels and sheets are clean. No elevator.
