The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and very kind to my child. Even though my child doesn't speak much English, they were able to ask questions and get responses. ❤️
The room was very clean and tidy, with a kitchen where you can cook, a TV, a desk, a fridge, and a coffee machine. They refilled the coffee capsules daily, and the lighting was excellent!
My child said: ”The first floor is very fancy, and the mini-kitchen is so cute! I also have my own special bed.”
Definitely the kind of place I'd stay at again!

eee999The location is pretty good; it's within walking distance to the Central Station, although the uphill walk might be a bit tiring with heavy luggage. The front desk service was excellent, and the Hong Kong gentleman who helped us made communication very smooth. We stayed in an accessible twin room, which was quite spacious, but the showerhead in the bathroom was old and had tape wrapped around a damaged connection. Since we had an early flight the next morning and couldn't make breakfast, the front desk kindly provided us with packed milk and cereal. Overall, it offers good value for money!

Nathaniel GThe room that I'd stayed in was very clean and tidy. Conceirge team was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is located at the top of Albert Street. It's a steep incline coming from King George Square / Roma Street Station. There is a free Loop Bus Service, Service 30, that stops right outside the hotel which then heads to Central Station and the Brisbane CBD area. Using the bus is more convenient rather than tackling the uphill by foot. I wouldn't walk back to the hotel late at night though, some roads are not well lit in the area and be cautious of Wickham Park.

Overall, it was good. The hotel is located up a small slope, but it's manageable. The credit card hold was released on the day of checkout, which was very quick. Other than that, it was just okay, nothing special. It's not far from Chinatown.

Guest UserThe Ridges is close to the city and the valley and surrounded by public transport. It's a little dated but for the price it has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, shower nice and warm and pool area nice. Would definitely stay again for the price.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking.

Guest UserThe room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.
