NNano_NajjOur stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill was overall a positive experience. While the original family room we booked didn’t match the photos,appearing older, less clean, and with an unusual layout, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. When we raised our concerns, a team member was very understanding and promptly offered us two alternative rooms that were newly furnished and much more comfortable. We really appreciated how seriously they took our feedback and how quickly they acted to resolve the issue. Thanks to their responsiveness and service, our overall stay turned out to be a good one.

GGuest UserThe apartelle's pin on the google map is across the street. Drivers always park across the street. The property is located about 20 mins away from the city center. There's a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner.
The apartelle provides toiletries & coffee. Towels & other toiletries are available for self service refill at the lobby area.

GGuest UserThe Ridges is close to the city and the valley and surrounded by public transport. It's a little dated but for the price it has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, shower nice and warm and pool area nice. Would definitely stay again for the price.

XXIANGThe airport arrived at the hotel very late, did not inform the front desk, the front desk had rested. I played a lot of calls and pressed the doorbell a lot of time. A super kind uncle helped me check in. He said that the check in the next night should be informed in advance, people are super nice. The hotel has free indoor parking, plus points!

GGuest UserSuper friendly and accommodating service. We had to book lat minute, all details were sent through promptly. The apartment had everything you could need and a number to call if any issues. Loved there was a tv in the main bedroom of our 2brm apt. Will book again.

GGuest UserThe room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.
