GGuest UserWe took a Didi from Zhangjiajie directly to the hotel entrance in Changsha. After checking in, we went for a stroll at the night market. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around, or you can take a Didi to various attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered great suggestions. We had originally booked a standard twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise! The room was very spacious. The only minor improvement would be to update the hairdryer to a newer model, as the current one is a bit old-fashioned. The hotel breakfast was extensive and the dining area had a lovely ambiance.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was quite good. The hotel's environment, service, and facilities were all satisfactory, especially the food, which was excellent, and the room service was also great. The only downside was the complimentary travel photography session. The composition and photo quality were really disappointing; I couldn't even pick one to be retouched, so I ended up not wanting any of them. It felt like a waste of time and really soured my mood. Honestly, if it weren't for this photo service, my overall impression of the hotel would have been even better. I'd suggest the hotel either improve the photography team or simply cancel this complimentary offering.

EEloise L.This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. If I come back to Changsha, this will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on.
First and foremost, the hotel is clean! That’s my biggest pet peeve when it comes to hotels, and this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also themed, so the atmosphere feels much more pleasant and unique compared to a lot of modern hotels. I especially loved the small library space they have.
The room itself is spacious, and the layout is perfect. I like that there’s a separation between the toilet area and the shower area. I also appreciate that the windows can be opened for fresh air. Overall, the room is super quiet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The service is impeccable. Check-in was smooth, and they offer free laundry service and complimentary afternoon tea every day during your stay. You can also request bottled water for free, and the minibar is stocked with drinks and snacks that are all complimentary as well.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single issue I had during my stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserMy best friend and I came to Changsha for a trip, and we chose this guesthouse based on its aesthetic appeal – it truly exceeded our expectations.
It's located inside an alley but very close to the entrance, so there's no need to worry about safety. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk directly to attractions like Wuyi Square, Huangxing Walking Street, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou. It's also walkable to popular restaurants like Cuiyan Xiaochao Huangrou (Stir-fried Beef), Ben Luobo, and the famous Black Classic Stinky Tofu – incredibly convenient.
Regarding the service, the customer service via WeChat was incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any questions or concerns. When we checked in, they even helped us with our luggage. Every evening, there's complimentary late-night snack, and the mung bean soup is absolutely delicious. The facilities are also excellent; the washer-dryer combo was very useful.
I highly recommend this guesthouse. It excels in safety, photo-friendliness, and convenience.

Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. Lliuwenyu1968Pretty good! The lobby is impressive, and the room is spacious and bright. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and heats up quickly. They provide plenty of bottled water, and the tea set is nice. You can also get eye masks at the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

AAnonymous UserThe customer service was excellent. The hotel is located right above a subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's just one stop away from Wuyi Square. The hygiene was also good, and it was very quiet. My only minor suggestion is that there's no good place to put clothes while showering; hanging them in the shower gets them wet. Adding a hook in the toilet area would be much more convenient.

The bathroom had a good wet and dry separation, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Because I enjoyed my stay so much, I decided to extend it. The hotel is ideally located right by the Xiangjiang River, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a free gym and a self-service laundry room. There's even a smart robot in the lobby that can deliver items to guest rooms. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

🏨Excellent Facilities: Smart home system with voice control for lights, AC, and curtains. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide expansive views. Comfortable bedding and complimentary minibar drinks are a nice touch.
💁Attentive Service: 24-hour butler service, with friendly and responsive staff. Check-in and check-out were efficient. We came back late from the museum, and they kindly accommodated a late check-out. They even offer luggage delivery service to the high-speed rail station.
🍽️Superb Breakfast: The breakfast features a great selection of authentic Changsha local snacks and delicacies. We had just checked out from the Sheraton, and this hotel's breakfast completely blows the Sheraton's out of the water!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
