GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the hotel. It's close to the subway, a museum, and Martyrs' Park. The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. I loved that I could just ask the smart speaker to turn off the lights without getting out of bed – super convenient! The room was quiet too. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the breakfast was delicious. I also want to give a special shout-out to front desk employee number three; their service was excellent and very thoughtful. All in all, highly recommended!

MMishDishBishThis hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs.
My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number.
Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes.
The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service!
One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests.
I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel because of its advertised location 50 meters from the subway station, but it turned out to be over 500 meters from the station, all along construction-affected roads, and it was incredibly hot and sunny. There was a large construction site behind the hotel, and the windows couldn't be closed. It's just too new and nothing is fully completed yet. None of my Ctrip benefits were recognized – no breakfast, room upgrade, late check-out, fruit, or snacks. It felt like I couldn't stay there unless I booked through Huazhu. The problem is, even the early booking discount for gold members wasn't as good as the Ctrip price.

MM2d2boivh****I had a very satisfying stay this time! The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and any issues I encountered were promptly resolved. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this place again next time.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely loved this B&B! The decor is incredibly unique and perfect for photos. The common areas are spacious and comfy, great for chatting and having tea with other guests – the vibe is just fantastic. Breakfast was healthy and great for the stomach, with super fresh ingredients, highly recommend! The location is superb, incredibly convenient for getting around. The projector TV was excellent quality, a big high-definition screen. I slept so well and soundly here; the soundproofing is great, very quiet, and even the windows have thick, double-layered blackout curtains. The service was excellent. Their 'Midnight Stomach-Nourishing Group' evening congee was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

WWhisper XuThe location is okay, I guess, since I've stayed around here before. The service was also just okay, but the cleanliness, seriously, it was really bad! There were hairs on the bed, on the floor, and in the bathroom. The sink was dirty, and the bedsheets and pillows were also dirty!!! The towels were ragged and dirty too, ugh!!! What bothered me the most was the laundry room. Every time I wanted to do my own laundry, I had to ask the front desk to swipe their card for me to get to the laundry room on the second floor?! That really adds to the front desk's workload! Why can't we just use our room key to get in? Wouldn't that be more convenient? Plus, the laundry room has a glass door, so it's incredibly noisy and not soundproof at all! It's so loud! The next morning, someone started using the laundry room very early, and I was woken up around 6 or 7 AM. My good mood for the day was completely ruined! I was half-asleep when I went out to visit attractions 🥲. Sigh (For me, a good experience is the most important thing when staying at a hotel).

The high-rise river view rooms, starting from the 53rd to 58th floors, are absolutely stunning! The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows frame the Xiangjiang River and Changsha skyline like a painting 🖼️. You can watch the gorgeous sunset over Yuelu Mountain right from your bed 🌇. And at night, when the city lights up💡, the river light show unfolds right before your eyes. Just say ”Xiao Du” (the smart assistant) to open the curtains or control the lights 💬 – the whole smart home system is super convenient!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

My friends and I were in Changsha to visit all the popular spots, and staying here saved us so much travel time, allowing us to see more places each day. I have to commend the front desk service; the staff were incredibly efficient and handled the busy peak season crowd without any fuss – a truly great experience. The luggage storage after checkout and the self-service laundry room were the most practical amenities. After a few tiring days of sightseeing, it was a lifesaver to just toss our dirty clothes into the washing machine, pay by scanning a code, and have fresh, clean clothes to wear the next day for photos. It really boosted our travel happiness!
