Ffutianmin1. Public areas are poorly clean, and the lobby windows are stained.
2. Management is disorganized. Drunk guests knocked on our doors in the middle of the night, and at 8 a.m., they knocked on our doors asking if we needed our rooms cleaned. We had to swipe our card at the front desk every time we left the parking lot.
3. Even after staying there, we still smelled the lingering smell of renovations. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear the chatter of late-coming guests and the noise of early-rising children. The soundproofing on the doors was completely useless, practically useless.
4. Smoking regulations were lacking, and the hallways were perpetually filled with the stench of cigarette smoke.

1. The hotel experience I had this time was amazing! The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you feel like you are back home as soon as you enter the door. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were very quick. I will choose this place again next time I travel!
2. I have to give a thumbs up to this hotel! The room is spacious, with plenty of light, and the large windows provide an exceptionally wide view. The room has excellent soundproofing, and I slept very soundly at night. The hotel also thoughtfully provided free bottled water and snacks. The service details were full and the cost-effectiveness was super high. Highly recommended!
3. Having stayed in so many hotels, this one is really outstanding. The room is clean and tidy, with complete and new facilities and equipment, including a smart toilet and a large-screen TV, which are very convenient to use. The staff was friendly and responsive, and they also helped recommend fun places around, which was awesome!

GGuest UserThe location is better, next to the half tiger line, it is very convenient to Bailitian Road and Yunzhong Grassland. Especially you can drive a few minutes towards the Yunzhong Grassland, you can find a mountain bag that is convenient to climb, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
The room is relatively clean and you can see the mountain view. Now the outdoor temperature difference is large, but the room has sufficient heating and hot water.
Parking is also convenient for eating, and the service attitude is good!

GGuest UserOn Saturday, I stayed at the Bashang White Horse Hotel with my children. I have to say that this place is very suitable for families with children.
First of all, the hotel is a parent-child hotel. The bedside towels are cute cartoon pony patterns, and the toiletries packaging is also very cute. In particular, the front desk manager He is kind and patiently explained the travel guide to us, allowing us to arrange the travel time reasonably. Thank you again, Manager He, and we also saw the beautiful sunset.
Secondly, the breakfast restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, suitable for children and adults to eat. There are many choices, the taste is good, very good 👍
In short, the children are very satisfied with the food and accommodation on this trip, and they have a lot of fun

GGuest UserI also live in a European-style manor! At work, there are always crowds of people every day, but here, every room is really independent, so it is much cleaner. The manor was much cleaner and larger than expected, and it took an hour to walk around. I thought that such a large manor would be messy, but I didn't expect that the aunts here would clean it every day and the grass would be freshly mowed. I originally wanted to book Wuzui, but the room was fully booked. I went over to check it out and sure enough I still wanted to stay in Wuzui! Has its own small yard, tables and chairs! Hope to stay there next time!

Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean.
Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.
