"1. Public areas are poorly clean, and the lobby windows are stained.
2. Management is disorganized. Drunk guests knocked on our doors in the middle of the night, and at 8 a.m., they knocked on our doors asking if we needed our rooms cleaned. We had to swipe our card at the front desk every time we left the parking lot.
3. Even after staying there, we still smelled the lingering smell of renovations. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear the chatter of late-coming guests and the noise of early-rising children. The soundproofing on the doors was completely useless, practically useless.
4. Smoking regulations were lacking, and the hallways were perpetually filled with the stench of cigarette smoke."

"I booked a standard twin room in Fengning Hotel in advance from Ctrip. After checking in, I was placed on the executive suite floor. The room is large, has good lighting, no odor, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the floor environment is quiet! Parking in the hotel is convenient, there are many parking spaces, and there is no charge! Breakfast is rich and varied. The front desk service was very heart-warming. After check-in, I received a warm text message. I received two boxes of yogurt in the evening. I also received two bottles of water and a small box of red wine when I checked out! 1. The hotel experience I had this time was amazing! The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you feel like you are back home as soon as you enter the door.
