"1. Public areas are poorly clean, and the lobby windows are stained. 2. Management is disorganized. "We originally booked a standard room, but the beautiful lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade us to a family room. There are welcome fruits, and small gifts - milk slices are prepared for the children. The food in the hotel restaurant is large, and the price is reasonable. Fireworks were set off on time at 8:30 pm, which was very, very spectacular. My favorite breakfast items are steamed buns, flower rolls and stick porridge, but soy sauce tofu, not to mention how fragrant it is. A small gift was given when leaving the store. "This “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” on the actual sign) is next to the entrance to the “seven-colored forest” - a surprisingly fun and family-friendly place to visit in the summer, well, at least for families who do not come from the actual prairie. Mostly domestic travelers but that should be a taken at such a lesser-known location internationally. Still, we ended up staying an extra day to visit nearby theme parks. As someone who had spent more than a year in business/resort hotels all over the world, all I want to say that the hospitality of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations."
