GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Home Inn. The price/performance ratio was beyond my imagination. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and hygienic. Although the room I chose was not big, the service facilities were simple and practical. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and every space was used just right. The front desk service was really warm and made people feel at home, just like its name Home Inn.

RRuoshuidishichuanThe hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.
However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

The service attitude is good, the food is delicious and suitable for people's taste. The bathroom facilities are very new, there is a smart toilet, which can be heated and very comfortable.

Facilities: Complete. There is a restaurant on the first floor that combines Chinese and Western cuisine.
The staff in the restaurant are warm and friendly. They clean the rooms every day.
Opposite is Russia. You can see the discount price when you leave the room.
Next time I come to Heihe City, I will still choose to stay at the European Style Holiday Hotel

Xiao Zhao, Xiao Chen, the waiter is wonderful.
But I would like to improve the following points.
I think it will be a better hotel.
① I stayed for 5 days, but when I checked in, I had a lot of garbage on the carpet when I checked in because I had a vacuum cleaner once every two weeks. And I finally cleaned it two days after I asked.
I want you to improve because the number of cleaning staff is too small for the number of rooms
② It was a room with a bathtub, but I can't adjust the hot water temperature, so I want you to improve it.
③ I want you to clean the drain in the shower room every day.
④ I want you to improve it because it is easy to leak water from the bathroom door
⑤ The screen door was broken

There is plenty of parking space at the door, which is very suitable for self-driving tourists. There is an elevator for luggage handling, and the whole environment is very clean. The interior design of the house is very reasonable, especially the sink, shower room, and toilet. There are completely three independent places. It is really super convenient for many people to use at the same time. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Besides why give low points, no hot water! I found no hot water at 19:00 the night before, and I waited until 22:00 and there was still no hot water. In addition, Heihe was raining. I wanted to take a hot bath when I entered the house. Finally, I could wash my face and brush my teeth and sleep. Thinking about getting up the next morning, the water was hot and took a shower, but the faucet was still warm water, and I couldn’t wash it at all~ I had to clean up and leave.

GGuest UserStayed two nights in June. Wudalian Chi Scenic Area struggling with the closure of the best sights. This hotel is central, quiet, clean and great value. A Chinese breakfast is included.There are no top end hotels in the area. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal, turn right. Downstairs there are two mini supermarkets. Turn right and then first right for a street with restaurants; unfortunately i didn't note the one we went to but it was by far the busiest. Cross the road from the hotel, turn left and right down a small road just before a small creek; all the way down the end is the new site of the tofu restaurant mentioned in LP

GGuest UserThey were looking for a hotel in Heiha, decided to choose the Sofia Hotel. The location is very good convenient, almost everywhere in the hotel catches the Russian operator of MTS, which is very pleased, polite and hospitality staff, the owner speaks freely in Russian, told us shops where it is delicious and not expensive to eat, and even a bonus took us to the customs office when expelled. In general, the hotel is 2 minutes from the beautiful embankment, from which the view of Blagoveshchensk is open and 5 minutes walk from the central pedestrian street. The rooms are clean and comfortable. For such money it is a gift.
