The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities.
Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room.
The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked.

Anonymous UserThere were signs that someone had used the toilet, and it was so noisy all day because the room was assigned right in front of the check-in counter.
It would be much better if they had just made the room at the quiet location.
Still, I was satisfied with the facilities over all. Thank you for borrowed me charger :)

Was just a transit stop for us, one night as the train arrived late and we had an early morning to catch the next morning.
Reasonable location near the railway station, walking distance away. That's the key plus.
The room was pretty standard, and it mets our needs. Frontdesk was helpful, as they arranged for our transfer in the morning for an onward trip to Wudalianchi.

Guest UserИдеальное расположение, находиться около хуафу, на пятом этаже, есть лифт, Женя на ресепшене быстро заселила, в отличии от тех кто долго не может разобраться в онлайн бронировании, туалет с душем находиться в номере отдельной комнатой, а не за прозрачным стеклом, при выселении можно оставить у нее вещи, есть вайфай, около лифта висит аптечка

Yuli@n@Rtel was very enjoyable, convenient location near the shopping mall, pedestrian street and embankment. The room is two-room, convenient for a family with children. But in the summer in a room without window and air conditioning will be hot... we had to open the entrance door to air the room. In the bathroom and near the shelves there are not enough hooks for the towel.

We were traveling with elderly relatives, which was inconvenient, and they kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor; we were very grateful. The hotel's location was also good, on the road to the Wudalianchi scenic area. It has a small courtyard, and parking was very convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any pictures.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the pedestrian street, Heilongjiang River and night market, it is especially convenient to travel for food. The rooms are spotless, clean and refreshing, the staff is warm and caring, the small turtle in the lobby is very special, and the first choice for visiting Heihe is to stay here.
