GGuest UserThe environment is great and perfect. It is spacious and bright. I feel very comfortable as soon as I enter. The design of the toilet is also very good. I like the sliding door very much. When I get in and out of the elevator, I find there is a weather forecast. This is very interesting. It is the first time I have seen it.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserI've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes.
Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals?
Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The balcony is especially large and the view is not bad. Parking downstairs is free and the transportation is convenient. The customer service response is also very timely. It would be better if there is a cost-effective ticket combination.

There is a convenience store at the intersection. The parking space is very sufficient. The administrator brother also took the initiative to help direct the reverse. The room is bigger than expected! The bedding is soft and clean, the air conditioning is fast and quiet (there is no noise at all), the bathroom is large and clean. The front desk lady is super intimate, and the laundry service is also returned in the middle of the night! Configured to hang around hotels at the same price, free parking + affordable price + intimate service attitude + clean and comfortable accommodation environment - very good! Amway has given colleagues on business trips~

AAnonymous User1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town.
2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available.
3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles.
4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels.
