"Family weekend getaway, we checked in on Friday night. The front desk staff, Bingbing, provided excellent service and even upgraded us to a lake view room, which offered a great view. It's also very close to Dayan Mountain, and we could drive to dinner in just over 10 minutes. However, the bathroom's waterproofing needs improvement. Even with the door closed tightly, water still leaked onto the floor outside, making it very slippery. The beds are 1.35m wide. It would be great if there was an option for rooms with 1.5m beds, as it would be more comfortable when sleeping with a child. Overall, it's a good stay and I recommend it."

"Nice modern hotel with free parking. Breakfast had good spread and enjoyed having the autonomous robot deliver our ******* ordered food. One issue is that water easily slips out of the shower and makes the entire bathroom floor slippery. I would suggest making a better shower seal or add traction in the bathroom floor. Nice fancy bidet toilet, didn't get to take pictures of room. Stayed to visit family's hometown nearby, would definitely stay again."

"I booked four rooms, requesting non-smoking rooms, but they all smelled strongly of smoke. One room had a foul-smelling toilet, so I had to change rooms. Another room had a strong smoke smell and a leaking toilet, so I had to change rooms again. In the third room, when I turned on the light, the ceiling light was on fire! I had to change rooms immediately, but I was terrified and couldn't sleep all night. The staff said that's just how hotels are. I will never book this hotel again."

"I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel was fully booked for twin rooms, so they upgraded me to two king rooms instead, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk service was excellent. I especially loved the projector screen – it was so relaxing to lie in bed and watch movies after freshening up. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, but thankfully, the hotel provided earplugs."

It was spacious, bright, and warmly decorated. The cleanliness was impeccable—spotless, not a speck of dust in the corners. The bedding was soft and clean, incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning."
