Jianshui Hotels with Parking

Very satisfied with the homestay, the front desk was very enthusiastic to take us in. It was a lady who also helped us carry our luggage. When we left, we watched us drive out safely. The service was in place. There was a fruit plate every day. Auntie saw that we liked to eat sunshine roses. We gave it to us, and the room was satisfied and quiet. Sleep well.

I booked Fanqi B&B after reading online reviews. On the morning of the day I submitted the order, I received a call from the store telling me about the nearby parking lot. I arrived at the B&B that night and found that the small front door was a different world from the inside. The four-entry courtyard has a history of a hundred years. The store owner was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room and introduced the historical story of the courtyard. He also provided us with scenic spots and food guides for visiting Jianshui. The room and bathroom were also very clean, the hot water temperature was very high, the breakfast was very rich and provided according to our requirements. The B&B also provided free Hanfu for us to take photos and barbecue around the stove. Traveling off-peak, there are not many tourists. We found the feeling of home in Fanqi, which made us start a pleasant journey

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely homestay in Jianshui. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, giving us a comfortable place to relax after exploring the town. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk or ride to Jianshui's historic old town, the Confucius Temple, and the beautiful Zhu Family Garden. The architecture and local atmosphere were charming, and we felt like we got a real taste of traditional Yunnan culture. Our hosts also provided great suggestions for local food and sights, which made our trip even more memorable. This homestay was the perfect base for discovering the beauty and history of Jianshui. Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

Staying here with kids was a fantastic experience! My children absolutely loved the 50-meter, constant-temperature pool – the water was super clean. The hotel even provides kids' toiletries, and our room was spacious, never feeling cramped. The four meals a day offered mild flavors; my kids especially enjoyed the rice noodles and pastries. The courtyard is safe and perfect for letting the little ones run around. Self-parking was convenient, and the front desk staff thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes. Everything felt new, and the hygiene was top-notch. It was truly a stress-free and effortless stay for our family with elderly parents and children.

I'm a lazy person who rarely writes reviews, but this time I was deeply moved by the owner and his family. Even the cleaning lady was so friendly and lovely. It truly revitalized my solo trip to Jianshui. The hotel is perfectly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet very close to the train station and the ancient city—just over a hundred meters away. There are many traditional rice noodle shops just outside the door, so you can leisurely fill your stomach before heading out to explore. When I was going to and from the station, the owner drove a tricycle to the intersection to pick me up, worried about the inconvenience of lugging my luggage, even though it was only a few steps away. In the morning, when they saw me in the room, they asked if I wanted breakfast (my reservation didn't include it). I had already eaten, but the owner insisted on giving me an egg for protein and a box of brown sugar before I left. The ladies said they'd come back next year, and I replied, ”I'll be back in two months!” ❤️ I'm from the north, and this family is so gentle and polite. The entire inn is elegant and grand. The two-story courtyard is surrounded by bougainvillea, where you can swing on the swings, watch the moon, drink tea, and chat—it's so relaxing. The interior is on par with a four-star hotel in the city, with separate wet and dry areas, disposable towels, and brand-new hard and soft furnishings. The air is also very airy. I don't like old, dingy hotels, so this truly felt like home! Thank you again to the owner for his thoughtful hospitality. He booked me a train ticket in the middle of the night, provided me with food, drinks, and hairbands, and offered travel advice along the way. Please keep driving! I'll be back with friends. A truly delightful stay! This stay was a complete surprise! The hotel completely changed my perception of traditional hotels. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the immense care put into every detail. In terms of hardware facilities, the modern design of the public areas made me feel very comfortable and sophisticated, with no hint of being outdated. The in-room facilities were very complete and comfortable, especially the mattress – it was just the right firmness with excellent support, allowing me to lie down and relax completely, ensuring a super comfortable night's sleep. The whole environment was decorated very warmly, giving a 'welcome home' feeling as soon as you entered. The service experience was an even bigger bonus. Every staff member had a kind smile, and their service was incredibly warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every step made me feel respected and valued. Overall, this is a hotel with a beautiful environment and excellent service. I highly recommend it to all travelers seeking quality!

Amazing.Words aren't enough to describe how grateful I am to have come to Jianshui and stayed at this hostel. Super clean, comfortable bed and location. All amenities you require are provided. I slept so well every night and conveniently walked or took the public bus to further sights. Not only the facilities are excellent, but the vibe created by the owner and the fellow travellers was so memorable and unique. We had so much fun and happy moments just chatting in the court yard, sharing our experiences and life in general. Everyone was so friendly and generous to share and give tips on everything to see and do This is not just a hostel but a place I will remember and come back often. The service attitude of this inn is very good and makes people feel at home. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and well-equipped, making your stay very comfortable. The owner of the inn is very enthusiastic and provides a lot of useful suggestions and help. We are very satisfied with the environment and facilities of the inn. The location of the inn is very convenient, very close to surrounding attractions and business districts, which is very suitable for tourism or business trips and frequent visits to Youyou. Let's rush!

It's a hostel with a very homely environment. The manager will invite you to drink tea with him, the courtyard is a very chill area to hang out in and even spend all day to the sound of flowing water and surrounded by plants. There is a kitchen available too, and the manager brings water from the well daily for the use of the guests. The dorm was comfortable and the lower beds have curtains but the upper ones don't. The manager sometimes organises events for the guests, such as the time when we went picking mushrooms and visited a local market from where we bought more mushrooms which were cooked for dinner, all at a very good price. The location is excellent, just 1 minute walking to the south gate of the ancient city. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Jianshui.

What a great find! Perfect location to explore the Ancient Town of Jianshui. Close to the West Gate. Beautifully designed rooms with wooden decor. I loved the common space upstairs with plenty of space to do some stretching. The owner is very friendly and has a lot of advices about your possible itineraries. He was always happy to chat with me. He doesn't speak English but the translator in his phone works great. He showed me the tea ceremony and the set to prepare tea is really impressive! I could do my laundry for free and was offered water multiple times. I'll definitely come back here when visiting again China! Thank you!
