MMryxThe hotel is newly renovated, the parking lot is not far away, the room is clean and tidy, there are a lot of teas and the two biscuits are delicious, the town is peaceful, the environment is quiet, the sleep is very comfortable, the landlord is also very good, staying one more day is only 50 pounds, it is worth recommending

CCynthiafreshThe bathtub was not clean. I had a good scrubbing. The breakfast was good and the dinner was delicious. Both dinners were eaten at the hotel. The only thing is not good. You must rent a car. The car is over 30 pounds. Moreover, when we encountered bank holiday, there was no train driver when we returned. We even cancelled the train. We were very busy and made a bus. NationalExpress rushed to oxenholme and took a taxi to the train station in London. tired!

GGuest UserTraditional small English hotel, downstairs is the bar. English breakfast is provided. The house is a wooden structure ➕ later remodeled. The whole hotel is full of paintings and photography about the lake area. The reception is friendly. But note that it is a 20-minute walk from Ambleside.

HhuA bit remote from the Hawkshead bus station(25 minutes walk), enjoyed the view on the way though. Limited sockets in the room. Great kitchen and dining room. Helpful and warm staff.
