AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels in Semarang. If you look for best service and facilities in town regardless of the price, the best options are either Tentrem or Padma. Nice breakfast. Nice place. Great pool. Connected to Mall but the mall doesn’t offer much. Not many tenants.

AAnonymous UserDuring my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

LLeung Chungwas such a heartwarming experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the little touches — like a handwritten welcome note — really made a difference. The room was spotless and cozy, and I loved waking up to the beautiful view each morning. It truly felt like a second home. Thank you for making my trip so special!

DDanieeHVery good hotel! I would come again. Great location, and great service. Morning breakfast offers varied options as well. Room was big with comfortable bed and pillows.
However, it is not perfect. I suggest the hotel management to do deep and chemical washing of the toilets. My room toilet looks grimy and the grout was yellow and dirty. Better care need to be looked into.
As for the location, it definitely in a good location. However, it is not a tall hotel with only 5 levels. Hence you will be able to hear the sounds from the road, as well as calls to prayers (as early as 4am). Also, the hotel is next to a big field, and hosted some events. At 6am, they were hosting some exercise group and their microphone was loud. It was not a good nights sleep. Suggestion for the hotel to upgrade and insulate the windows.
All in all, I would come back again though. Hope to see many upgrades in the future.

SSugitoHotel is situated in a good location, but hotel is a bit old and needs renovation, the room have a old wed smell to it. But the staff was friendly and service was good, breakfast alot to choose from but quality was not so good. Better smaller selection but improve quality of food.

GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

GGuest UserCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

the service is also friendly
there is a lift to go up to the upper floors
the room is clean, fragrant, no cigarette smell
the amenities are quite good
the shower is smooth even though the hot water is still lacking, the flush is also strong
highly recommended for the price of 100k ++
