I always choose this hotel whenever I visit the area because it consistently provides a comfortable and convenient stay. The biggest advantage is its excellent location. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or simply relax without having to travel far. Whether I need daily necessities, restaurants, cafés, or entertainment, everything is just a few steps away. This convenience saves both time and transportation costs, which makes every trip much more enjoyable. Another reason I keep coming back is its outstanding value for money. The room rates are reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and the prime location. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever assistance is needed, making the overall experience even more pleasant. I also appreciate how easy it is to access nearby attractions and business areas from the hotel. Whether I am traveling for work or on vacation, the location perfectly suits my needs. After a busy day, I can simply walk into the shopping mall to enjoy a good meal or do some shopping before returning to my room. The food and service were excellent, and all the staff could communicate in English. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and it came with a free minibar. Afternoon tea snacks were also complimentary, and we received a buy-one-get-one-free voucher for drinks at the lobby bar. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

Nice room with unique graphic painted wall. Overall decent stay. Room cliean, warm shower watwr, very cold air conditioning, and fast internet. What i like the most is the coffee machine provided in the room. Make my morning and charge for the day.  Chito the room attendance do his job well. Minus on limited car park space, but still managed well by the hotel team

I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Hotel need to be refurbished a bit, they dont supply bottled water as you have to get your water from the dispenser located at the corridors, a bit inconveniet if you arrive late and tired. But maybe good if you with family as drinking water is unlimited

One of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang. The reservation process was easy and hassle-free, and the staff were very easygoing. The TV channels were extensive and included YouTube, so it seems they have a smart TV system. If you want dinner at night, there's no need to leave the hotel; just order from the menu and you can eat in your room. The menu prices are also not expensive.

Strategic location, quite spacious and quiet rooms. However, it's undergoing renovation, so there's a paint smell.

The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic! One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha! However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.

queen room type for the price of 300 thousand,,i guess like other hotels.it turns out that the position of the room below has no window size of small mattresses the dust is thin per mattress feels on the body.bad cover makes it crunchy. For the location is very strategic, close to the mall and intersection 5
