The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

AAnonymous UserBook a family suite it comes with 2 rooms with a bathroom in each. However the cleanliness is not like what I'm expecting, it was quite dusty. The amenities weren't complete. Normally a hotel/cottage will provide an iron, but this cottage didn't. We have to call and keep asking from the receptionist yet they didn't send it till the next morning. As for the surrounding from outside the cottage looks very nice especially the morning weather, it was cold and it had a nice view around the cottage. You can take as many photos as you want around it before you leave.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍
Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again
