GGuest UserWe didn't use much of the facilities to comment much.
The food selection for breakfast was good, and they provide a takeaway breakfast option should u want to opt for that to bring on your hike up the mountain.
The rooms can get a little noisy as they face the poolside and if you have. a party or loud chatter going on outside, can be heard
Nonetheless the room was big, room service was good, no complains

GGuest UserThe hotel is acceptable. We stayed in a villa. Hot water was a bit tricky, but when we went to the next-door neighbors, everything was fine. The pool was nice, the breakfast excellent. The Wi-Fi was average, maybe even worse. Otherwise, it was excellent for the price.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍
Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.

TTravel ShowStaying at Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo, formerly 3 Berastagi, is quite comfortable for a budget hotel. Its strategic location, close to the Museum Pusaka Karo, makes it easy to get around.
The rooms are clean and standard, perfect for a relaxing break. The amenities are quite complete for the price, and the staff is friendly.
Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for affordable accommodation in Berastagi 👍

GGuest UserThe condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including:
1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed)
2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this.
3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work...
So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. Because if this matter is left unchecked, it will eventually ruin your business too.. Please forgive and apologize for your views 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻 sincere greetings from Penang, Malaysia 😍😍😍

GGuest UserI would said that the hotels' staff is not enough or they are not fully functioned. When we request for some cutleries, they could not provide us. They seem busy but not sure what are the staffs busy about. Then, we get the room at old building. Its dirty, not so favorable. The breakfast is not of many choices too.
