"Malaysian here! We were greeted by warm welcome from Pak Jani and his wife. He will assist you with almost anything you asked him. Very helpful especially if its your first time in Medan/ Berastagi. The villa itself is uniquely designed and located at a private location, it has Europe vibes in it. So i assure you will get your beauty sleep peacefully. My wife is very happy during our stay here

Guest UserThe staff is quick to respond. There is an issue with water supply and the staff come immediately after being call. The villa is quite clean and in good condition and well maintained. The only downside is the sound system can be upgraded.

Good service. Clean, wide parking lot. Lots of seating so it's good for relaxing. The view is just right and the location is great. OK. There's just one drawback. Facilities such as the water heater have problems, sometimes they can be used, sometimes they can't. And for television, lots of shows will soon be made. Thank You
