"The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"

"Even before we arrived we felt welcome by Mery's helpful messages so that we could easily find the homestay. We arrived in a nice house and a beautiful family. With Mery's personal tips we had fun days full of activities, sights and good food. Speaking of food, the pizzas Mery makes are delicious! The Sibayak tour with Abdu is highly recommended, we thought it exceeded expectations. The sunrise is beautiful, the active volcano impressive and the hot spring wonderful. The guide could tell a lot, which also made it interesting. Thank you for our wonderful stay, we definitely recommend it!"
