"I stayed at waterfall lodge room, it was one of my best experiences. Might repeat and bring my whole family to here. Definitely worth my money giving the entire place is very quiet and nature. Love staying here. The room also clean and comfy. The staff is helpful. You can choose to stay at tongging lodge (viewpoint of lake toba) or waterfall(more nature, forest stay). They also prep a few activities for you during your stay there. I tried their coffee and tea tasting, and it was very nice! And they also have museums."

"This place was recommended by a friend, and although it was a little over our budget we went and booked it anyway. We travelled as a group and took 10 rooms. The rooms were very clean but they were too damp, in some rooms the water heaters were not working properly, the pillows were in poor condition. All the furnitures were beautifully handmade but all were too low that they were not really comfortable. Some beds were not in good shape. The complimentary breakfast could be much better, maybe like adding local fruits to the selection (we paid 500k-750k per room). Putting the owners’ potraits in the guest bedrooms was a little eerie 😅. However, the service was exceptionally good, manager was super friendly."
