RRickySantosPHThe location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

GGuest UserL’hĂŽtel est situĂ© dans une zone industrielle, Ă  environ 10 Ă  15 minutes en voiture du centre de CĂŽme. L’établissement est rĂ©cent, propre, avec des installations modernes et bien entretenues. On sent une volontĂ© de viser un standing plus Ă©levĂ©, peut-ĂȘtre celui d’un 5 Ă©toiles selon le directeur. Malheureusement, certaines pratiques vont totalement Ă  l’encontre de cette ambition. Le parking est facturĂ© 18€/jour, ce qui me semble exagĂ©rĂ© Ă©tant donnĂ© l’emplacement hors centre-ville et la prĂ©sence d’un grand parking gratuit pour d’autres usagers (notamment les joueurs de padel). Cela donne l’impression que les clients de l’hĂŽtel sont pĂ©nalisĂ©s sans raison valable. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs limitĂ© pour un hĂŽtel de ce niveau : le buffet est incomplet, certains plats sont payants et doivent ĂȘtre commandĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©ment, et il n’y avait mĂȘme pas de jus d’orange, ni sur le buffet ni Ă  la carte — seulement de l’eau et du lait. C’est loin des standards d’un 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles. Les capsules de cafĂ© dans la chambre sont facturĂ©es 1,50€, ce qui est surprenant et dĂ©cevant pour un Ă©tablissement qui prĂ©tend offrir un service haut de gamme. Dans la grande majoritĂ© des hĂŽtels 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles, ce genre de prestation est inclus. Cela donne une impression de mesquinerie, en contradiction avec l’image que l’hĂŽtel essaie de projeter. Le point le plus dĂ©rangeant : le personnel est entrĂ© dans ma chambre le soir, sans m’avoir prĂ©venu, pour effectuer un « service de rangement ». Je n’avais rien demandĂ©, et j’ai constatĂ© que certains de mes effets personnels avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©placĂ©s. Je n’aime pas que l’on entre dans ma chambre sans mon autorisation explicite, ni sans m’en avoir informĂ© au prĂ©alable. Cela m’a mis trĂšs mal Ă  l’aise. Qu’un mĂ©nage soit fait le soir peut ĂȘtre un service apprĂ©ciĂ© par certains, mais il doit ĂȘtre clairement annoncĂ© ou demandĂ©. J’ai exprimĂ© mon mĂ©contentement au directeur. PlutĂŽt que d’écouter mes remarques, il m’a rĂ©pondu de maniĂšre condescendante, insinuant que je n’avais « pas l’habitude de frĂ©quenter des hĂŽtels 5 Ă©toiles » et que ce genre de pratiques Ă©tait, selon lui, tout Ă  fait normales. Une rĂ©ponse hautaine et dĂ©placĂ©e, loin de l’accueil et du professionnalisme attendus dans ce type d’établissement. En guise de compensation, le directeur m’a offert la capsule de cafĂ© Ă  1,50€. J’espĂšre que cet avis aidera les futurs clients Ă  avoir une vision plus rĂ©aliste de cet hĂŽtel. Pour ma part, malgrĂ© la qualitĂ© des installations, je ne le recommanderai pas. Le service client, l’écoute et le respect de l’intimitĂ© ne sont pas au rendez-vous.

GGuest UserI had a lovely weekend at this property! It's really beautiful, well-furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The view is also worth mentioning and makes everything even more enjoyable. Despite being close to the train station, it's not too noisy, and it's still a pleasant place to be. The location is excellent if you're arriving by train, but a bit less convenient for those coming by car: the streets are narrow, and there isn't much parking nearby.

Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The room was a highlight — spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

GGuest UserHotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay.

AAlinaalGood hotel for this price. Clean, amazing location and good room. The only issue is that it was very dark since their windows are closed with outside blinds (see the photos). Overall not bad if you are staying for 1 night as we did.
