"Great location, large room. I booked a small standard room, but they upgraded me to a larger room. It's obvious the room has been renovated. It's brand new. Cons: the single beds are narrow, very narrow, perfect for children. The soundproofing is very loud. I could hear the music from the bar downstairs and everything going on in the neighboring rooms. I would have liked to have had drinking water and a kettle in the room. No slippers or robes. The breakfast is very basic. The hotel doesn't measure up to a 4-star hotel. The price is significantly overpriced for the quality of the hotel."

A small balcony was nice, although unfortunately we had such bad weather we didn’t get to use it. One downside we did find that the connecting door wasn’t very sound proof to the point you could hear next door flush! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.p"

"We recently stayed for four nights at the lovely new hotel, centrally located in downtown Como. Our suite lived up to expectations, and the staff were pleasant and service-minded. The breakfast was a bit too fancy for our taste; for the last few days, we simply ordered a bread basket with the accompaniments we prefer. We had to do a lot of explaining just to get something as simple as butter to go with it. We spent one evening at the top-floor restaurant; the view was fantastic and well worth experiencing. We ordered the seafood risotto as a starter; it didn't taste good, so we only ate a little out of politeness. Things improved significantly when we were served the beef tenderloin for the main course—it tasted exquisite. We hope the restaurant performs better the next time we visit."

"The hotel is simply charming! An authentic little suite with an antique stove, chest of drawers, and wardrobe—the furniture truly is from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, the toiletries smell delicious, the towels and bed linens are snow-white—everything is very decent. First impressions are a bit deceiving; you're immersed in the atmosphere of the last century, but then you gradually fall in love with it. It's perfectly located and has a simply gorgeous view of the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to its attentive staff. The excellent breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar were a pleasant bonus to our stay."

"After leaving Paris for Italy 🇮🇹, we landed and were picked up and driven to Lake Como. I had pre-booked this lakeside hotel, which boasts an excellent location. We opted for a lake-view room, and indeed, you can enjoy the beautiful lake scenery right from the balcony. It would be lovely to sip coffee or a drink on the balcony in the summer while admiring the view. While the hotel room furnishings are a bit dated, they are immaculately clean. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and conveniently, a Carrefour, a food court, and a DM supermarket are just a short walk behind the hotel. We spent some time exploring the small town, had lunch by the lake, and enjoyed a cup of coffee. If you're with a group, you could even rent a small yacht and take a tour around Lake Como to soak in the lake views and surrounding scenery."
