Elisabetta and her staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a great massage at the in house spa with a bottle of prosecco. It was magical. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Everything was fresh and beautiful from the espresso to the eggs, meats, cheeses, bread, pastries, yogurts, fruits etc.. "I hereby express my opinion on the lack of empathy by rated the customer experience at zero on a five-point scale. The day before, I had been robbed of Modena, losing my ID, driver's license and credit cards. I also contacted other hotels in Turin, Stuttgart and Berlin, where I booked accommodation during this trip. Each of these hotels immediately canceled the reservation, but this one did not. I appealed the decision, saying I could send testimony from the Bologna police, but still to no avail."
