We truly appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is, always patient and eager to answer our questions about our trips and entering the ZTL zone. Their quick responses on WhatsApp make everything so much easier.
We also really enjoyed the lovely breakfast they offered.
Although the room is a bit small, we sleep very comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and feels safe, making our stay even more pleasant.

The homestay is on the hillside, the scenery is good, the facilities are good, the layout is very tasteful, the classical style. The air conditioner is not hot, and it is solved after communication. Very good hotel, just ordering breakfast is a bit troublesome. It is necessary to order the night before, and the English menu is a bit hard.

The room was quite spacious, even though it's in Siena, it was slightly better than hotel rooms in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and introduced the sights of Siena, although I couldn't understand a lot of their explanations. Parking at the hotel was convenient; no need to go into the ZTL (Zone for the City) parking lot. The young men in the restaurant were also very friendly. We had some Tuscan wine at the restaurant, which was excellent, but they were a bit difficult to carry around.
We used Siena as a base to explore several towns around Tuscany, which was very convenient.

Kalim’s world
Everyone will have a dream to live in a palace or a castle at some point. If you want to experience such a dream, it's not a bad choice here. It wouldn't be a problem if you could enjoy the loneliness, despair, and stillness of being alone in a large space. If you can't imagine, imagine sleeping in the middle of the gym overnight. The facilities provide the bare minimum. The beds are not bad, either. But there are not many feelings of living that people can live. It's the biggest regret there. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of major tourist attractions. However, if you don't have enough leg muscles and heart power, you may be afraid to go outside. If you experience your own physical limitations during the day and are thinking of fighting solitude at night, it's not a bad choice.

Excellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away.
Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable.

The quality ratio to the price is great, very clean, friendly and very helpful service. Parking is free and there is a lot of space on it. We went to Siena from the hotel and I highly recommend - we could see places we wouldn't normally get to.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

It should be an ancient building for a while, and the landlord’s own house uses the upper floor as a hotel. There are not many rooms, full of retro style. The facilities are old, the street is a bit noisy, and everything else is fine. The landlord is enthusiastic to help with luggage. It is good to drink tea in the small garden.

The hotel is located right in the center and it’s very easy to walk around day and night. I visited in winter and the hotel staff told me where to find free parking outside of the walls. It’s under 15min walk. In Summer probably a nightmare with the car.
Room and bed are spacious, very basic. But I need to mention the breakfast was the WORST I’ve had in my life. Ever! It was some packaged biscuits, a lot of different type of spread, all in individual packaging. The other guest couldn’t even finish his coffee, because it was so bad. It’s better not to have anything.
