Stopped for 2 nights with the children in December.The location is perfect.Inside the heat,all clean,there is all the necessary items.The kitchen is equipped,there is a coffee machine and capsules for her.Everything was very enjoyable.Thank you very much.

Excellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away. Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable.

Probably the most successful location, and the parking is, and access by car, and as close as possible to the historic part of the city . Simona welcomed at the parking and brought to the room. Two-storey building, on the second - a small hall, public zones and rooms themselves. The room is spacious, clean with everything necessary. At 11 p.m. the square was completely quiet, so it was perfectly sleepy. In the morning breakfast was brought directly to the room. Ordinary but nutritious (order made Since evening). Everyone is pleased, recommended

The whole house had a nice ambiance, looked luxurious, and had a great location with a good breakfast. However, the appliances in the room (one was the refrigerator, and another, I don't know what it was, made a very loud noise) all night, which disturbed my sleep. Another big problem was that for those driving, parking requires reservations; you must contact the hotel in advance. Their front desk doesn't open until 3 PM, and we didn't receive any prior notice. We stopped before reaching the ZTL restricted area, called, and they said we could drive in, only to find out later that we entered through the wrong gate, resulting in a ticket of about 80!

The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.

The hotel that stayed in the town was quite satisfactory. The room was clean and large. The toiletries provided were available. The breakfast was delicious. When you checked in, you would fill in the form to choose breakfast. It is understood that the hotel still has a long history and is a highly recommended hotel by car.

The room decoration is ancient and cute, but you should pay attention to the basic room type. The size of the room is very different. The room given at the beginning is completely different from the picture. The size gap is not the same as the picture. The bathroom in the first room had no windows at all, and the bathroom that was changed later had a super small air window. It is recommended to distinguish the price according to the size of the room, otherwise the picture is really too bad and the feeling is very bad.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, but the connection is slow and unreliable at times, which could be frustrating if you need to work or stream content. For casual browsing, it’s manageable, but don’t expect high-speed performance. The service was satisfactory—staff were polite and responsive, though not overly warm or proactive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and basic requests were handled efficiently. Overall, this hotel is a good pick for those prioritizing affordability and clean, spacious rooms. However, if you value proximity to the city, robust Wi-Fi, or a stellar breakfast, you might want to consider other options.
