”Although there was a technical issue during check-in and our paid room was fully booked, the hotel staff resolved it professionally. We visit here every month, and our children really enjoy the activities organized by the staff. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious pizza, which we always look forward to having. Please maintain the same great taste, but I hope the restaurant staff can be more attentive to arriving guests and avoid judging customers based on their appearance.”

Overall very good and clean rooms. The soundproofing is not great. Breakfast is good. There is water machine to refill water. There are ample parking at the hotel, only thing was when late night the parking and parking lift lobby has all the lights switched off. This is not ideal and could be dangerous to guests.

The studio room is very comfy, nice and clean. The Antara link bridge is about 15 mins walking distance. Its not steep as there are escalators when going up. I don't mind to staying here and take grab go up genting. It's cheap. The room with a big balcony, you can dine outside if u wanna enjoy some fresh and cold air. It also has a kitchenette and washing machine with dryer. It about 15 restaurants below the building. Haidilao is going to open here soon. In overall, sure we will be staying here again. Note: from genting after 10pm is hard to get a grab downhill. The drivers already leave genting i believe. But it's still fine with a 15 min walk back.

Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

Great experience. If you need to take the cable car, you will need to GRAB from the hotel. Down the road there are many restaurants serving local food and also supermarket. My room was on the 35 floor, however, there are nearby constructions thus, in the morning from 9am, there will be noise. I did not use the facilities, thus, no comments. Check out time like all other hotels is strictly 11am. Check in was at 3pm. As they need to turnover the room.

Had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed on level 41, and the experience was amazing with a cool temperature of 16°C—very refreshing with cooling and fresh air throughout the space. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Amenities were good and met all our needs during the stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

This accommodation was easy to find. Thanks to the lobby manager there for upgrading our twin room to a family room. The bathroom needs improvement as the sink and toilet weren't working properly. Overall, it was a good experience staying here. The Wi-Fi was very smooth.

It's a little complicated when we are trying to heading to our room from the hotel lobby, they said the room is located in a different building. The receptionist is so helpful and lead us the way. Clean room and comfortable.

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!

It was conveniently located near the casino. It will be great if the check in process was more efficient and the service staff were more helpful n patient. The deluxe rm only looks newer than the standard rm. Housekeeper knocked on our door even tho dnd was hung. Wish slippers were provided since we paid more for it. Hope to c improvement on our next stay.
