GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean. I love the ambience and the hotel is quite big so u have to walk around to get to your room. The view is nice and overall is good. But there is no iron and iron board in the room which is kind of bummer. Else than that all ok

JJamieypHappy to stay here even just one night, we went there on weekdays it's not crowded at all. Room is clean and well designed.
Breakfast is buffet line. you can pick whatever you want and for the taste itself i will just say it's standard. Location is not far from eating place but takes around 30 mins to go to genting.
Some downside here.. there's construction site on the way to hotel so, road is quite bumpy, lots of hole, dust and the room that i got is connected room sometimes when others room laughing too loud, We also hear them 🤣

VVasanth Vignesh M RHad a wonderful stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences, Genting Highlands. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
One of the highlights of my stay was the foot massage at the hotel, which was very relaxing after a long day. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options and great taste.
The breakfast area was quite crowded in the morning, but I visited during a long weekend, so that was understandable. Despite the crowd, the staff managed the situation well.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Great service, comfortable facilities, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands and would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

LLost & LepakYes. The location is good, the room is clean and the service was good.
The mattress was shaky and the toilet was smelly. I changed my room for third time and the customer service was good. Not having any pleasant stay due to the mattress but nothing to complaint since they assisted me with third time of room arrangement.
My room facing to road and can heard the speeding sound during mid night. Overall it’s fine if you just prefer short vacation. Not waiting too long for the lift and this is something good.

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional location and wonderfully clean! My family had a fantastic stay at 1001 nights hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—very nice surroundings and easy to get around. Even visiting in June, the weather here was beautifully cool and refreshing, making it the perfect escape. Most importantly, the hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended!

CChloé KohAbsolutely horrid check in and check out process, the counter is at an entirely different hotel which makes no sense at all. You have to climb up and down a hill for checking in and out OR take a taxi. They could at least offer a buggy or something. The walls are paper thin, the corridor has a persistent bad smell with any minor noise exacerbated by the echoes, and the geniuses invented see through blinds where anyone in the corridor can see into your apartment. The toilet smelled terrible, and the TV is not even smart..

AAnonymous UserIt was a pleasant stay for us as the room is clean and spacious too. Really great deal for the price paid. The hotel even extend my check out time to 12noon as well I check in late the day before.
One thing I’d comment is the parking lot - they seems to have a centralised carpark & it is quite far from where we stayed.

GGuest UserHi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing.
The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb.
However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well.
Overall, it was an okay stay.

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below.
1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.
