Palm Tree Genlex Condo Reviews

The area is very nice for a walk. On the left are shopping malls, shops and local zone. On the right are convenience store, Church, other hotels such as Marriott, Belmont, Footbridge to Terminal 3 and elevated streets. Very convenient and clean to walk to Terminal 3 because we walk inside the new and modern footbridge. Got an apar**ent on the 2nd floor and can see the front entrance. The room is large and has a kitchen with microwave and kettle. No washing machine and no toiletries but no problem as I brought my own. Comfortable clean bed. Wish that they would add the underpad in case any guest causes any mark or a woman has her period. Now they only place a bed sheet directly over the mattress. Reception and Security staff are very welcoming and polite to everyone who came. We waited in the main Reception until the Host came around 2:20pm and led us to the Cluster we stayed. At the 2nd Reception, we registered and the Host led us to our room. When checking out, we returned the key into the mail box of our room. The condo is quite luxury. Room has old furnitures but shower room is new. Compared with rooms of the same price range, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the help from the 2 ladies at Reception so that I could receive my parcel I bought online.

When I got to the guardhouse, I mentioned my name and the address which was published in Trip.com and then guard is telling me the there is no record of my name on the list of people checking in on that day, so I called the caretaker and she was rude to me. So I told her what happened and she was raising her voice to me while saying that she already did the paperwork. And then when I was talking, she doesn't even let me finish my sentence and just keep on saying that just wait just wait. I wanted to ask her if should I wait cuz there are different clusters and 2 guard house. It was just so annoying. Also, when I tried to watch tv, there was no signal and even though they have a remote with netflix button it's not even working. Idk, I didn't bother to ask for their help anymore

All is perfect i choose this always everytime i go back to philippines.

Overall,our stay was pleasant. Our only concern was 1 or 2 small cockroaches in the room when we first entered it.

I have booked the same room for the start and end of the trip, here at trip.com. But, I got different rooms. The first room was okay, handling also. But the last one, this one, Room 9c, I think cluster B, with sight to the Maut Highway Station. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The echo from the other opposite house makes this a horror place. Motorcycle without exhaust, Ambulance, Police, stop and go, it was terrible. Inside the Room, no Hot shower. The Refrigerator was off and old cheese inside. In the cabinets old stuff. Disgusting. I waited more than an hour for someone to come so that I could go into the room. For travelers where every hour was important or after a long trip, that's a no-go.. At all, never again in Cluster B.

We landed in terminal 1. The hotel is located near terminal 3 and is an expensive cab ride away. The service was next to none. No airport pickup offered. Mainly security guards on the grounds. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and they do not serve food or drink.

Near the convinient store..Mcdonald,Lawso,Bounjur 24 hours to open…the room is clean..just walking distance going to NAIA airport…

The accommodation is almost good. The cleaness is also good. The receptionist didn’t have my information regarding reservation, so I had to go around several receptionist desks. In addition, as this hotel has several gates, it is pretty difficult to find entering their hotel.

This hotel is very close to the airport, and the room rates are not expensive. We have a flight after 11 o'clock in the evening, so it is suitable for rest and waiting. However, there are small cockroaches in the bathroom and the hygiene needs to be improved.

The owner who was staying there was also a very nice person and helped me with a lot of things.The staff in the lobby also responded quickly and I had a comfortable stay for one night. I would like to go to the Philippines again and stay there for a longer time.

It's right next to the airport and you can walk through the runway. The location is very convenient to the Newport Resort, and there are local shops on the opposite side. The room has everything you need.
