The wifi connection is horrible! The reception doesn't answer the phone calls! Breakfast buffet sucks!

Check in service very poor. Waited 40 minutes as the only check in staff was dealing with one other person checking in. We had booked online already so was very disappointed with the poor organisation of this. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very busy as a conference was being held at the hotel. Taxis to and from the hotel were caught up in a lot of traffic so waiting times were long.

Everything was near perfect as usual when we stay at the Holiday Inn express, but checking in took over 30 minutes due to long queue and only two staff members at front desk

Very comfortable room, good food, respectful and attentive personnel, walking distance from our meeting venue

What we do not understand is that a hotel that claims is a place where you can rest and continue your trip to future destinations is actually a place where you cannot do that. There seems to be a disco or something similar at the basement , producing a horrible sound that vibrates all the way up to the 5th floor where we had the room. It was impossible to catch a sleep as the vibrations even penetrated the pillow you rest your head on. Most likely we will not return at this hotel. Absolutely incomprehensible that the management of this hotel allows this to happen. You come from a long haul trip, need to rest and prepare to continue your trip well rested but that not made possible due to that neanderthaler mentality which gives priority to noise pollution rather then being an oasis of rest . not recommended

Extended my booking to April 19 cause my Dubai flight was delayed, and I let my wife stay on April 17. The room on the 17th on the 6th floor was good but a little noisy, so I asked for a quieter room but the random room assigned to us after the extension which was on the9th floor has an aweful view, broken safe and fridge, smelly too. I blame the "***" receptionist on this one, cause my wife said so..

First,i booked the hotel for my husband,because he travelled with our son, he is saudi national, he told me to booked him a hotel with best in my opinion,,so i booked to your hotel knowing that Holiday Inn will be the best,but suddenly you embarrassed me to my husband,,the staff not even helpful or friendly,,usually when we checked in to hotel,the hotel staff is the one who responsible to bring the luggage to the room,right?but they said they are not responsible,so my husband carried all his luggages to his room,, it was 3 luggages with his backpack,, imagine,,i was really ashamed, he alao tried to asked help from someone there and they ignored him,, i said ***********!!!

각종 편의시설이 호텔 근처에 있어 편리하고 숙소도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절함 밤에 돌아 다녀도 안전함 다만 수영장이 없어서 조금 아쉬움
