Tuju Boutique Hotel

Hotel is still without service structure. Hardworking but untrained staff. We took the best bungalow, but the price is too high for the service provided

Accommodations are new and very comfortable, but we had several electrical problems in the apar**ent, such as power outages, not heating the showers... But the reason I don't recommend TUJU is the service at the hotel's restaurant. HORRIBLE!!! are lost, both in breakfast and service on the beach, lunch, pool and dinner. We were very angry and at no time did we have a response from a responsible person. I hope they manage to organize it because the place is a paradise!

I stayed in the upper apar**ent with a view of the sea, which by the way is quite far away, not making up for the view itself. The only advantage of the superior apar**ent over the standard apar**ent is greater privacy when you are on the balcony, with the disadvantage of having to climb the stairs. The hotel is still under construction and some items are still missing or not working. In my room, for example, part of the doorframes were missing, light bulbs in the two lamps, the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, the bathroom door didn't lock and neither did the internal lock on the bedroom entrance door. The phone is hidden behind the TV because it has a short cord. The bathroom sink doesn't have enough trim to accumulate water. The fridge freezes well, but it sweats a lot, making puddles on the floor. The good thing was the size of the double bed, which were actually two wide beds together forming a super king size bed. The hotel has a small restaurant with a few tables, but I never found it full, on the contrary, it was often quite empty at the times I went in the seven days I stayed. The breakfast is very complete, but the lunch or dinner menu is limited, with few options of dishes that pleased our palate. A way out for a change from time to time was the snack menu that is only served in the room. As a positive point is the service of the waiters and waitresses, all very attentive and polite, although some are inexperienced.

Our stay was sensational and the service is a 10. New facilities, super clean and organized.

Tivemos dias incríveis no tuju. Hospedar no tuju é uma verdadeira experiência. Quarto extremamente confortável, serviço impecável. Funcionarios solícitos e muito atenciosos. A Natália que fica responsável pelo relacionamento aos clientes é uma doçura e muito atenciosa. Sempre preocupada em atender da melhor maneira e atenta aos mínimos detalhes. Voltaremos com toda certeza! Chegamos na chuva e ainda fomos surpreendidos com o serviço do hotel. No meio da semana deu sol e foi ainda mais maravilhoso, Obrigada pela estadia perfeita.

Além das instalações serem perfeitas, com destaque para uma das camas mais confortáveis que já dormi, decoração pitoresca, de ótimo gosto, equipe cortez, extremamente educada e atenciosa. Sou vegetariano, tive a atendia especial do cheff para planejamento de pratos de entrada, petiscos e principal, para que eu me sentisse mais confortável. O conjunto de saber como se receber, otimiza todo o charme que o local já possui. Super recomendo.

Hotel muito confortável, hospitalidade maravilhosa, comida boa e cuidado continuo ao hóspede! Todos os dias, um café da manhã preparado na hora, com diversas opções doces e salgadas, com bebidas diversas e tudo de qualidade. Piscina muito aconchegante. Após anoitecer, os funcionários entram no quarto para “abrir a cama”, deixando um mimo em todas as noites. Recomento com toda certeza!
