A very very nice hotel. But it needs updating. There are two pools and right by the beach. Truly a stone throw away. The room are huge, with tons of room. The service at the front dash and the bell men were very welcoming. The pool needs to be cleaned every day. I mean and deep vacuum clean. The pool is also missing a lot of tiles and needed renovation. All in all. This would go from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel and even more.

Amazing seaview, good location, 15 minutes walking to the boats pier Balihai. The host is gold, even brought me additional mattress protector etc, I prefer a soft bed.
The soundproofing is really good, didn't hear anything. Washing machine in the balcony. The hairdryer is slow.
Even public trash bin place is clean.
Security in the building.
Big inf.swimming pool and a gym (not too various) with a public shower, very convenient.
Suitable for adults, no bars on the balcony. Comfy sofa. Good fridge. A lot of knives and plates, a pan, no forks and spoons (I didn't need, I guess the host can provide if ask him). Good shower with gel&shampoo. Good aircons.

The hotel is brand new and beautiful. Located in good location of Pratumnak area, easy to reach the hotel, Good atmosphere.
The room has been quiet and comfortable. Private parking. It’s was a wonderful place and I will visit it again. 😊

We were a family of three with a child. The triple room had very large beds that filled the entire room. The cleaning was good. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, of course. The hotel is located right next to the night market, and the soundproofing is excellent—you couldn't hear anything from the street. The breakfasts were excellent. There's a rooftop pool with a sea view and amazing sunsets. Everything is nearby, including the market itself and two 7/11 stores. The beach is about 8-10 minutes away. I highly recommend it.

I really liked this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel by the sea. It has a wonderful garden and a large pool. There's even a golf course. The sea view is unparalleled. The location is peaceful and quiet. There's no annoying loud traffic or bar noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're staying here, definitely include breakfast. The breakfast is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It needs to be renovated.

Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food.
Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel.
Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them.
Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

ы остались абсолдютно довольны проживанием в The guuestroms. При бронировании было указано, что номер будет с видом на горы, но заселили нас в семейные апартаменты с шикарным видом на море 🤩🤩🤩
Сам кондо абсолютно новый, стоит на тихой чистой улице, все рядом 7-11, аптеки, кафе, рестораны.
В апартаментах все новое, чисто и стильно, одно удовольствие жить в таком уютном пространстве. Есть все необходимое, единственное не хватало стиральной машины 🫠
На 25м этаже отличный бассейн, отдельно джакузи. Так как народу в кондо проживает пока немного, кажется мы одни пользовались бассейном 😄
Мы благодарим The guestrooms за теплый прием и готовность всегда помочь 😄

Was a great stay at Pattaya park beach resort, excellent serviced as we had to changed from 2 bungalows to a mini suite 2 bedrooms which was much better for us. The staffs were responded very quickly and explained the differences in price but we still happy for that. My Kids loved the water park so much. Breakfast was standard and a bit busy maybe because it was Sunday. We also tried food from the cafe’ on the ground floor was amazing! Bellboys were very helpful especially when we called Bolt car after checkout. All and all we recommended this place if you have kids who love splashing in the water and you love the sea view from the room.

This is the most comfortable homestay I stayed in during my trip to Thailand. The room is very clean, the two swimming pools are very beautiful, and the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the pier pedestrian street, and there are songthaews outside the door. The owner is Chinese and very enthusiastic. If you want to play something, just ask the owner directly, no need to make any plans. The tickets I bought from the boss are also very cheap, nice 👍 I will come again next time

Ddlo_music_The hotel respected the request of putting my friend and I side by side or adjacent to each other. Very comfortable room. Patio, AC, fridge all worked great. Hot water in the shower (I found if the water was cold turn it off a minute and back on and you had hot water). Walking distance to so much food and entertainment.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very comfortable and not expensive. The boss is very nice. We didn't know the way, so he drew a map for us and took us for a walk. There are many local restaurants nearby. It's beautiful to eat and walk on the beach. Next time I go to Pattaya, I will stay in their hotel again!

LLillian ZZGreat short one day trip to pattaya well spent at this hotel. Although it’s near the Roong Reuang beach about 10 minutes walk from hotel, it is a little bit far from Pattaya beach. Near hotel, there are massage shops and coffee shops. You can swim at rooftop pool and chill too. Room is quite big and clean. Mirrors are huge and clear. Bathroom is quite nice. View from hotel is not that great but overall, the hotel provides things completely.
Breakfast provides rice, curry, fruits, breads, coffee, juice so on. The food restaurant at ground level where we had breakfast is not well air conditioned and feeling warm inside.
