Kahya Resort Aqua & Spa

The first thing this hotel is not like 5 star . You have to pay for free internet which is unacceptable 1 euro every day and every device if you are 4 person which 4 devices you have to pay 4 euro and this not 5* service. The reception hardly understands English language. The food is trouble this is the first time I see the food like oily our not cooked , The room for us was okay but we see some people they complain about the room . Aqua park is okay the stuff is okay . Animation someday is okay the rest is not. If you like good food and room this is not the hotel you looking for it special they charge for many thing in the hotel.

I have never written a review ever, but don't want any other family's to experience this hotel. Our 'express transfer took over 2 hours, was told 40 min drive from airport, arrived late evening to such horrible reception staff (all men) no one spoke any English..no one could answer the question of if we could get something to eat, luckily a nice English man over heard us and pointed us in the direction of the only late evening food we could get, which was stale rolls..the room set up suited us well but I really can't belive how uncomfortable the beds are(really never thought I would say that as I can sleep comfortably pretty much anywhere) , walls paper thin and heard argueing most evenings, doors slamming all through the night, no staff or security operating in an area to challenge this.. The food is absloutley terrible, ive done many inclusives and know it's never perfect but my goodness my kids lived off chips, my husband lived on egg on stale bread each morning and my kids had some cereal, we ended up paying to eat out as we just couldn't face another evening in the one food hall they had! Again absloutley no English speaking staff. The real problem came when my husband and i went up to get food and the manager of the resturant who went by the name off mustafa took my 18 Yr olds phone out of her hand and added his instergram, small man and about 50 ish I would say, he then continued to messgae until my daughter had to block. . Next day my daughter recieved another message from another male member of staff saying mustafa is telling all the staff you are his girlfriend?? We locked bedroom door from inside each night as my girls were both so scared.. Harrased every hour around the pool to use the spa, quite literally never ending.. If not that then day trips. It just never stopped. There is absolutely nothing to do outside the hotel, you are on a motor way. I can't complain about the drinks they seemed fine. Shame entertainment area was round the back off park, no bar or disco ext, a few strange shows but nothing to enjoy with a drink whilst children are entertained. No safe, no WiFi. No room being cleaned each day? This is not even a 3 star hotel. We met so many other unhappy people and it really made me sad and quite anxious staying at the resort. We didn't get a 24 hour transfer time, not even 12 hour, we carried on visiting reception all evening untill I was in tears as we knew we needed to leave the resort very early hours of evening as 2 hours from airport. Ice cream ext you pay for.. No slush for kids.. Inappropriate staff.. I honesly didn't think I could have so many bad things to say about one place. For me not feeling safe and the worry regarding staff members the whole experience seemed traumatising.

Would definitely give this hotel 5 stars staff brilliant food amazing overall experience 10/10 would definitely recommend here and would definitely return here , we love the animator Ken and Berkan a lot, there’s an lovely experience of vacation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel and lovely weather. Food was excellent and the entertainment staff was brilliant especially Can and Berkan. Would definitely come back next year. The amphitheatre was the highlight of the holiday always good entertainment for children and adults.

Rooms really spacious and nice rooms are spotless the hotel grounds ect are quite scruffy I would not rate this hotel as five star the beach area is so unkept and scruffy, lots to do for children some staff were really lovely and others rude I’ve been to Turkey 7 times and overall this is the worst hotel I’ve been to the food wasn’t the best and if you like Turkey or chicken you’ll be fine there wasn’t any other option for freshly cooked meat no ice cream at dinner only certain times of the day, the snack bar is ok and freshly cooked pizza is nice pool table is £8 for 1 hour!!

AMAZING holiday.. Me, my friend and our children went for a week and 0 complaints. I see negative reviews but it may be lots to do with the guests at the time they were there. The hotel is clean, spacious rooms, good food (plenty of choice) lots of fun for the kids in the day with pools, slides and a lazy river, ping pong and arcades (also a kids club that our kids are a bit to old for). The life guards are completely on the ball and always keeping an eye out on the pools. A special mention to Berkan who is in the animateur team, he arranged a great day out for us that was only about 15 mins from the hotel at Havana Beach Club which is absolutely stunning and the staff there cannot do enough to make sure you have the most relaxing time if your looking for days out please ask for him (Berkan) as he can’t do enough to help you and make you feel very comfortable during your stay also is very thoughtful when advising on your trip out he also kept us up to date on the evening entertainment each night which gave us plenty of time to get to the amphitheater for whatever show was on and get a decent seat massive thank you to him and his lovely team!!! (Great evening entertainment every night) I do highly recommend this hotel for your holiday as us adults and our kids loved every minute we are looking to come back later in the year and have only been back 24hrs!!

They rooms were lovely and clean and staff was friendly especially the animation team. Some of the entertainment was not always child friendly but was good over all. A large choice with food but make sure to mix it up as some stays the same, but with there being so much to choose from it didn’t bother us. ‘Can ‘ was of the animation team was brilliant and made the holiday so much fun.

Amazing time at this hotel. Rooms clean and modern. Food is what you expect from an all inclusive but different meals every night in the main resteraunt. The snack bar at the pool had amazing pizza the staff worked hard to keep it full. Animation team especially Can kept us entertained all week with archery, water polo and bingo which we won. A brilliant hotel and would deffinatly return
