Site is located just off of a traffic circle, this makes finding the site a little confusing. The room was 1 of 6 mini suites housed in one cabin with a fire place tables and chairs in common areas. We had no temperature control so we opened a window to combat the heat. Overall, it was a cozy spot for a weekend stay.

Upon driving up to the lodge after check in, I noticed a size able water damaged area on the ceiling in the hallway. The smell was horrible. Lucky it was 40 yards from my room.
I called and spoke with the front desk who advised they would send someone up. Doesn’t look like anyone came up to see my concern.

Peaceful and tranquil great for q quick getaway from the hustle n bustle n just relax by fire with wine, or stay in your room. Staff was polite and accomodating. Last but not least, great spa treatment for massage how could i 4get.

The first room we were given room 108 was not made up towels left lying and garbage pails not emptied.

There were at least a dozen of those invasive Asian lady beetles in my room which leave a stinky mess behind, so I caught about ten of them and put them outside but there were always more.
I called the front desk in the morning letting them know the situation but received no follow up from management. As a frequent traveler I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
