Hotels in Perth Central Business District, Perth

Day 1, after checking out directly from Mercure without staying. We booked Pan Pacific directly hoping for the best. We reached the hotel around 5-6PM thought that we can check in, but unfortunately not. After having our room we found that our blanket is full of blood stain. Day 2, someone opened our room door while we are changing. The concierge said due to upgrading of the system that’s why there is this issue!?? Day 3, new towels provided was all stained. When we request for new towels the concierge said the we should complain to the managers to ask for free breakfast. Come on Pan Pacific you can do better than this

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of its prime location, beautiful historic ambiance, and excellent customer service make it a true gem in the city.

The hotel is conveniently located, with numerous restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is also quite close to McIver train station. I stayed there during a business trip, and getting around was straightforward, with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre easily accessible. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. My room was on the third floor, exceptionally clean, pleasantly scented, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Everything met my expectations. The WiFi was sufficient for basic browsing, social media, and responding to work emails. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

This hotel has been designed for conservstive business and family travellers. The pool, spa, jacuzzi is a once in a life time experience. The steam room is exciting. The hotel bar and restaurant is meant for those with blue bood connections ! Ensure you eat before the Michelin style restaurant ceases business at approx 9pm. The hotel bar is meant for those with an interest in business and politics and would not be a venue that would be welcoming for those without connections to business and or politics. The hotel gym will certainly bring you down to earth and keep you grounded on the lower level of the establishment. The rooms with the view of the Swan River is stunning, comforting and the most luxurious of all desk workstation, phone call and the television has a wide range of channels. A must stay before a saavy developer smashes the hotel to pieces and rebuild something there as it is real estate heaven - situated between the vied addresses of Terrace Road and Adelaide Terrace in East Perth ! A must stay for every traveller who wants to do serious corporate work, mingle or simply attempt to aggrandise with the crowd. A word of warning, strict dress code and a very sophisticated crowd ! Enjoy !

Location: Perth city, There is a 24-hour convenience store next door, walking distance to Elizabeth Harbour (didn't go). Employee: Philip (I only knew his name after asking the supervisor in the morning). He was very friendly, asked detailed questions about the customer's needs, and introduced the hotel's facilities and location. Feeling cared for, compared to the mechanical check-in at other hotels, this is more human-like, and I give a thumbs up to Philip. Room: The sheets are clean, the pillows have no odor, the towels are clean and dry. If you often travel, you should know how important these three points are. I didn’t experience breakfast and the bar because I didn’t have time, so I don’t dare to make a random evaluation. This is also the hotel where the cabin crew of Cathay Pacific and Malaysia Airlines stay, and the environment is very good.

Hotel is in the central location. Within Walking distance to Malls, Landmarks & attractions. Car Parking at a fee which is quite costly located across the road opposite the hotel (paid AUD60 for 48hrs parking at the reception during check in) Overall it’s ok during the stay with helpful staffs & great central location.

Location near Perth station. I think room service forgot to give us toothbrush, only have 1 shower cap in the toilet, i am not sure if toothbrush is provided, anyway we have our own, so didn’t bother to ask, i like the room concept walking wardrobe, location near Chinatown alot chinese/asian food at night, friday night/weekend could be crowded on the street, while the other side of Perth city is very quite after 7.30 pm, so you prefer lively or quite at night ? I will consider to stay this hotel if i go to Perth again, especially they give breakfast 😀

Location from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.

The most wonderful thing was they let us early check in at 9am. After a night flight, reach hotel at around 9am with tired body. Most happy we could check in early! Great location & services. Friendly staff. Clean room. But I do not recommend their buffet breakfast.
