Hotel stupendo e personale cortese, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Se dovessimo tornare a Ferrara soggiornerei ancora in questo fantastico hotel

Environment: The hotel is very retro and warm, the lobby likes 💕 Hygienic: clean and tidy, very satisfied Service: The staff is good, the front desk English is great 😊 Only the breakfast type is relatively small, bread ham and milk 🥛

The room is too hot and mostly wet. It is a real stub without sufficient ventilation system. A real hell in the night.
