I had a 4D3N stay at Pullman KLCC and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the hotel kindly prepared a simple decoration in the room along with a complimentary cake, which made the occasion extra special.The breakfast was good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The swimming pool was quite standard, nothing too fancy. The hotel’s location is convenient, it’s just a short walk to Pavilion, though getting to the nearest train station requires a bit more walking.One thing to highlight is that the minibar initially contained alcoholic drinks, which is not suitable for Muslim guests like myself. However, once I informed the staff, they promptly removed the items, which I truly appreciated.Overall, great hospitality and a memorable stay. I would recommend Pullman KLCC, especially for special occasions.

Rating: ★★★★☆ Royce Residence KLCC is a great place to stay! The room was comfortable with a fantastic view facing the KLCC towers. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to KLCC and other nearby spots. Only downside was the late check-in time at 3pm, which felt a bit long. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

With Malaysia offering visa-free entry, we decided to transit in Kuala Lumpur on our way back from the Maldives to avoid an overnight flight. The hotel's facilities were absolutely impeccable, and we were extremely satisfied. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Petronas Twin Towers view room, and the vista from the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The shower was very comfortable with excellent water pressure, which is something I particularly appreciate. The hotel's proximity to the Twin Towers, just a 10-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. The staff were excellent; they proactively helped with our luggage upon arrival, bringing it up to our room, and even offered to assist with bags at check-out. Breakfast offered a generous and varied spread; the salads, in particular, were incredibly fresh. We were very satisfied with the wide array of choices. However, the room's soundproofing could definitely be improved. On the first night, we were kept awake by noisy motorcycle gangs outside. The second night, even with earplugs (thoughtfully provided by the hotel), there was a persistent and incredibly loud thumping/pounding noise from the room directly above – we couldn't tell what was happening. We called the front desk, and thankfully, they resolved the issue immediately, which was commendable. There are also children's play facilities with some great activities, including a climbing wall. Unfortunately, our child didn't have sports shoes with them, so we couldn't try it out.

Nice enough place and well situated. My room was nice but the last day of cleaning was not of a good standard. Rubbish was still in the room and the bathroom was not the same standard as it was the previous days. Pool was nice but the missing tiles were a bit dangerous and sharp. Front desk staff were efficient but didn’t smile. The people that were standing by the door were fantastic and helpful. The tour desk was useless, the person working there didn’t even acknowledge my existence until he finished what he was doing on his phone.

I think the building was mend by different management, my check in is at level 33-08. U can obtain a smoke pass if u want to smoke in the room @ RM50/day upon check in. They have basic utensils, oven, microwave, washing machine & dryer (2in1), u can purchase pod from them as well. Everything will be communicate via wechat/whatsapp so quite convenient on that. They provide toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash. Of coz towels. The place is quite spacious and comfy to stay, will def come back. 2 minus points are - at night will keep hearing water dripping sound, kinda scary.. another is the heavy traffic as it is the busiest area.

Nice lobby and room (didn't take a photo of the room). Amenities in the room includes an iron board and coffee/tea (idk if these taste good, didn't try). Basic toiletries available, the shower gel bottle was empty but the housekeeping can quickly after a call. Hotel breakfast has quite a spread with fried rice, curry, roti canai, yogurt, croissant, pancakes etc. I only ate a little cause I'm heading out for another round of food. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Except the part that I didn't manage to get omelette at the live egg station. The chefs were idling and chatting. When I asked for an omelette cause I didn't want onions, he just pointed me to the ready made ones. I still ate them even tho I hate onions. -1 point on the service for this reason.

Great location centralised. Service of staff is great they had put thrown in an extra breakfast for my kid whose appetite is so small. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing as always. Thank you for the decor of my room (Roshni).

Had a lovely short getaway with my parents at Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable for family stays. Location is super convenient too. Special thanks to the check-in staff who welcomed us so warmly, she was absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I couldn’t catch her name, but her service truly made a difference in our stay. Would definitely come back!

Booked a twin room with sofa bed for 3 of us, 1) room was not the most spacious but good enough for sleep, 2) think aircon is centralised so it got a little cold at night and only the fan can be switched off, 3) breakfast spread was alright, 4) luggage storage services available before check in, 5) free parking for motorcycle at the basement of the hotel (if there are insufficient lots and multiple bikes, the hotel staff might allow to park in one car lot for your bikes), 6) self laundry and ironing machines available but it’s chargeable at RM15 for wash and RM15 for drying, 7) location is alright as it’s still in the popular area but requires a short walk about 5-10 mins to reach the malls, 8) there are also FamilyMart (convenience store), MacDonald (fast food), ZUS Coffee and a grocery store just beside the hotel. Overall a value for dollar hotel, for travellers looking for an affordable and clean hotel at a good location, nothing too fancy though.

1st time been KL,I choose this de King Boutique Hotel Is good location 5min to KLCC 10-15min to persiaran KLCC MRT 5-7min to Dharma Realm Guan Yin Sagely Monastery Food Centre(got selling vegetarian and free food |not everyday) Opposite Avenue K is good shopping centre ,have playground for family,karaoke And basement got KLCC LRT In front hotel have Durian to eat too Nice room and nice view ,nice staff and good service Next time come KL will choose this de King again
