The room was ok and I was hoping for more. The use of a kitchenette and a fridge and microwave was a good thing to have. As well as the accommodations for extra towels and the use of the laundry room was helpful. But other than that, there is room for improvement.
For one, the communication with the virtual staff on some of my requests was slow and they didn't seem to double check the emails used from ********** was entered in correctly on their end, hence a delay on receiving my hotel access information and storage information.
Two, Room needs some other amenities such as a radio alarm clock and a monitor/ TV at least for the guest to use during the down time we may have during our visit and to drown out or use as ambient room noise.
Also Three, even although hotel has a noise policy, it seems useless if I can still hear all the water pipes and furniture moving (chairs and doors closing) throughout the visit (day and night) due to the lack of insulation of the pipes and walls as well as the exposure of the pipes and ceiling. Felt concern that the ceiling or exposed pipes will leak on me every time the unit above me flushed or showered and can't really make stink about it as I'm visiting. A guest should be able to rest and enjoy their visit without being disturbed by fellow neighbors.
Also cleaning staff could do a bit better. Upon turning over my sheeting for bed on day 1, found a long strand of hair on the sheets
I also was not expecting exposed cemented floors
