Spent 2 nights here at Songkarn, very pleased with their service and the activities they prepared for us to enjoy.

Staff was riendly and extremely helpful, their service was impeccable. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials especially bolster (I love it very much). Food was amazing and very delicious. The atmosphere is airly and warm welcome, we particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and watching the garden.

Clean rooms with complete amenities. All employees provide good-natured service. Just in time for a break during the festival. At the swimming pool, there are activities organized in the hotel for customers to join in the fun.

It is a hotel where I stayed and was very impressed. The hotel is clean, the surrounding atmosphere is very natural. The service staff is good. The food is delicious. Suitable for relaxing or just sitting silly and reading a book on the balcony.

The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful surroundings, green trees and delicious food. Lovely staff and great atmosphere. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are large and clean, and the pool is great. We had a wonderful time at this hotel in Chanthaburi. Beautiful interior, very good service and some excellent dining, the hotel restaurant must be recommended for typical Thai cuisine and some exquisite seafood dishes. The prices are also very reasonable for a luxury hotel.

It should be the best hotel near the east. The environment is good. The restaurant also has Chinese food to order, which is very convenient. The front desk can also speak a little Chinese, which is pretty good. I stay here every time I come here.

The swimming pool is large and the water is very clean. I also met acquaintances here and the environment was good to have meals and massages together. The rooms on the second floor of the hotel are slightly better than those on the first floor, but it is a little inconvenient to carry luggage.

I booked a New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel for the evening of December 31st. There were not many guests. There were probably more than a dozen tables upstairs and in the pool hall. I ordered 6 dishes and it took a full hour and a half to be served. The wrong dish was even served. Dishes, if you tell me that you served the wrong dish, you can cancel it. I don’t understand the logic of this. Why did you ask me to cancel the dish when you served the wrong dish? Can’t you just take it away without saying a word? He also told me that I could cancel the fish that was not served to me. I especially want to know if the New Year’s Eve dinner is cancelled, will you let me go hungry at night? Finally the fish arrived and it was not very fresh. Everything else is okay! The New Year’s Eve dinner is particularly unpleasant

An accommodation located in a quiet and secluded place. The evening sunset is wonderful.
