The Bali Hotel is like a sanctuary in the middle of the city. Once you enter the premises, you forget that you're in a city. Although the surrounding neighborhood is not a tourist neighborhood, it is near the airport which makes it perfect for business travelers such as myself.

The hotel is close to the airport, has a nice interior, looks like real Bali, however they could have had some delicious food in the restaurant instead of Chinese cuisine. The room was quite nice but close to the room where the staff keep all the things for cleaning, early in the morning they were very noisy in the corridor close to our room. There’s a gym, table tennis, swimming pool, conference room. There is a kettle, tv, ac, bathtub, balcony, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, shower foam, etc. the breakfast is quite good, but almost all the dishes are Asian.

The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

Location is about 7mins by tuk tuk if going to Midtown mall. 10-15 mins by car going to phnom penh international airport. Room is spacious and quite clean. Only thing is that the staff usually don’t greet the guests, instead they just follow you with their gazes.

The hotel room is big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very nice 😋During my stay, I got a free upgraded room to Poolview. The hotel swimming pool is lovely; The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend your stay when you visit Phnom Penh.

Good enough in this price range. I stayed many times csuse near airport and factorirs. also food is ok for me. Next time I will stay again if I visit at the factory.

Still deserve to stay due to the price and location. I always stay at this hotel at my Cambodia business trip. Front desk stuffs are not friendly with good training at all.

We take this Hotel for a stopover for the Airport. We had a great stay. The rooms are big and clean.

Location near to airport about 10-15 minutes. Breakfast start 6:30 morning.

The hotel is quite close to the airport but far from the city centre and other popular spots in Phnom Penh.  I was disappointed with the pool, it is too small and covered with trees. Same with the pool view room, you can't see the pool clearly as it is covered by  the trees. Breakfast option was poor and filled with only Chinese cuisines. The service is fair, however, a staff tried to open my door without knocking, even with the DND sign at the door! The facilities are quite old, however, the hotel was clean.  I didn't use the WIFI.

The room was magnificent. The pool was small and quaint. The gym is very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. They printed ticket information. I needed for my Tour. I had a very difficult first day in Cambodia, but the Bali hotel staff really helped me through it. Thank you to the staff of the Bali Hotel.

As a hotel close to the airport, it’s well equipped in infrastructure and made you able to enjoy everything in the hotel. Very tropical, matched my thoughts of Southeast Asia!

This hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip! What a stunning property. Much better than photos. Big rooms with strong ac. Breakfast was good. But the pool and gardens felt like an oasis in the city. It’s far from downtown but so fast in a tuktuk. Close to airport. We stayed 3 nights at the end of our 24 day trip to relax before flying home. Love it!
