Azumaya Hotel Phnom Penh Reviews

I’m actually a repeat gest of this hotel, probably 4-5 times in my stay in Phnom Penh. I can say this hotel is worth visiting for a person who would like to try and get experience in Japanese culture like room equipment, amenities, and facilities, the big point is Japanese breakfast! It’s surprisingly nice and authentic taste.

The lymphatic meat used for breakfast. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was very unfriendly. The breakfast was unhygienic. You had to order the food. There were not many choices for the self-service drinks and fruits, especially the fruits.

It had been a while since I last traveled abroad, but the staff spoke Japanese, so I contacted the front desk and they quickly responded to anything I needed, such as arranging an early morning airport transfer. It was also nice that it had an open-air bath.

They serve customers politely in Japanese. Guests can enjoy Japanese cuisine for breakfast. Although the variety of fruits is a little small, they also have natto, which gives you a taste of Japanese morning food.

There are a lot of Japanese people living here!

There are a lot of Japanese people there, and there are many kinds of food and drinks for breakfast, which you can just grab by yourself. Very nice, clean and quiet. Still a good choice, very good.

I feel like breakfast is not as good as before

シンガポール在住。シャワーしかない部屋に住んでいるためバスタブ付きのホテルを探していたところ、なんと露天風呂付きのホテルを発見。実際ホテルの露天風呂は気持ちよく、プノンペンにいながらにして最高の体験をしました。ただ残念だったのは女性専用時間が深夜だったこと。フロントに聞くと、お客さんの比率がほぼ男性とのことで男性専用にしているとのこと。それに関しては抗議ポイントでありましたが、結果露天風呂が良すぎたのでよかったです。また朝食も何種類もの中から選べどれも凝っていて迷いました。和食を選択したのですが塩さばが日本で食べるより美味しかったです。テレビは日本のチャンネルが見れてこちらもびっくり。リアルタイムで見れたので夜更かしして見ました。プノンペンにいるのを忘れるくらいとてもゆったりしてしまいました。

This is a Japanese hotel that seems to have many branches in Vietnam. I was surprised that a Phnom Penh woman wearing a yukata (?) immediately greeted me at the reception in Japanese. The hotel was filled with Japanese, and I almost forgot I was in Phnom Penh. The room was spacious, and there was a big desk where I could work. The mini fridge was stocked with cola, soda, beer, and water, and it was free every day. The toilet was also made by a mysterious manufacturer, but it was equipped with a large washlet. There was a large bathtub in the room, but the biggest selling point was the open-air bath on the 7th floor. You can take a bath until 11pm, and the fresh air is refreshing, so you can blow away the fatigue of a business trip abroad. There is also a sauna. The breakfast served was a much better Japanese set meal than that served at a business hotel in Japan. There are also Japanese set meal restaurants in the area.
