Got free upgrade when we checked in, thank you for that. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Worth the price for the stay.

Dirty, over crowded, kept awake by other guests, probably the worst hotel I have stayed in within Thailand, I left early and paid for another hotel.

Should improve the room cleanliness and check out procedure (take too much time ).
