I had a fantastic stay, everything was perfect. Not too central, quiet and clean. The staff was always friendly. Cleaning was done daily. Only "negative" thing the pillows are too thin.

This place was nice , the room was very clean and well decorated , but they didn’t offer a lot of amenities. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a phone to contact front desk and it was poorly lit . I didn’t like the location at all either . It is very hard to get a grab ride from there , most times we had to wait for over an hour to get a ride or we just had to pay for a very expensive one .

It’s a good spot to stay in when you visit Patong, you can walk all over Patong from this hotel. The rooms are clean and nice.

location was good. near places.
be aware that grab rides anywhere in patong is 500 baht, which i think is a rip off, but that’s not the hotels fault.
staff was very helpful.
the restaurant downstairs closes when it’s not busy, as opposed to the 5pm closing time.
pool and room is very cute.
i misunderstood the checkout time and she was very understanding.
