This is a beautiful serviced apartment with all in room amenities that you’d expect. It was a very comfortable stay. Ate at restaurant once and it was tasty if not particularly memorable. A great location for the beach that is tucked away from any noise. Two different pools including the roof top one were really nice. Gym was small but nice air conditioned. I didn’t find the staff to be typically Thai warm. Welcome drink showed up without an actual welcome. When asked if I smoked and said I didn’t, I still had to sign an official form that said I’d pay a fine if did. Thought it was unnecessary. Credit card number was recorded manually on a piece of paper which I didn’t like as I don’t think it’s very secure. Paid double regular rate as it was Chinese New Year and compared to the other accommodation I stayed in Phuket, BYD wasn’t as good, so probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was very nice, spacious, great AC, nicer balcony (although faced other apartments so be conscious of that). Staff were very friendly and helpful to me. It was in a nice quite street with plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a short 10 min walk to Bangla road. 3 minutes to the beach and a few other beach/pool clubs. The pool here is small however. I thought I had great value for money.

French style, very modern and luxurious. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit tasteless. There is a kitchen and balcony, and the kitchen can be used for cooking. The tableware is complete. The sofa is very large, and it feels like the luxury one-bedroom suite can accommodate 5 people with an extra bed. The filtered water is a bit yellow. Environment: The location is excellent, 1 km away from the downtown area, 500 meters away from the beach, and there are two 711s next to it, which is very quiet! The Western restaurant in the hotel is delicious! The hamburger is better than the Blue Frog. The price of Western food is the price of ordinary first- and second-tier cities, and the average person is 100. Service: Very good, cleaned every day. No discrimination.

Two nights. Two rooms. Pretend to be luxurious. A hypocritical full-service apartment. There is no laundry service. Only a laundry bag is provided for guests to find a public laundry nearby. On the first day of check-in, the water filtration system in the room had problems. It was yellow. There was a power outage. The air conditioner was very noisy. It even stopped due to overload at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. The Indian manager on duty at night firmly disagreed to change the room. The next day, with the help of Ctrip customer service, I changed to a new room. Different building. But the water was clean. Last night, the Indian manager insisted that "the water in all rooms is this color. Yellow water is clean". Is that right? I am very disappointed. I thought this was a full-service apartment. In fact, it was all fake. For the same price, I suggest staying in Karon and Kata Beach. The experience is better.

The room is big, with many facilities, including a microwave, which is very considerate, and a terrace. However, my husband and I only stayed for one night, and we both had small lumps on our bodies. A centipede appeared in the bedroom at night. People with sensitive skin should be careful because we were wearing pajamas. The decoration is OK, and the facilities are also good, but the water pressure is relatively low. We live on the 3rd floor, and the water pressure is very low. The water quality is OK and normal, but the most important thing is that the hot water is unstable. There is only cold water and hot water, no warm water. This is the worst experience. People who want to take a refreshing bath should never stay here.

Wonderful place, high service, I recommend. Snow-white towels and linen, open kitchen in the restaurant at breakfast, the staff is very responsive and helpful! Comfortable apartments with a kitchen and a terrace, the feeling that you are in your own resort apartment.

I like it very much. Although it is an apartment, the service is good enough. The price can be the same as a hotel, but if the service is not good enough, it will be a downfall. The location is very convenient. The room is generally good except for the shower and shampoo.

A great hotel, the suite we stayed in had new facilities, modern decoration style, spacious shower room, comfortable bed, and a small balcony. The accommodation is very close to Patong Beach and Banzaan Seafood Market, and the location is very good.

On the last day of my trip to Phuket, I chose to move to this hotel for over 600. I was amazed as soon as I entered the door. There was a spacious living room, a luxurious bedroom, and free fruit.
