Both the view and the facilities were fine.
However, the service at the front office was totally terrible!
We booked 2 twin bedrooms for 3nights. However, they told us to stay in a double bed room and check in again tomorrow. The staff first told us that we should do so without explaining or understanding the situation. We didn't want to take the inconvenience, so we talked to the manager next to her. But she said there was no other way because the hotel was full, and if you don't want to change, you can cancel the reservation and go to another hotel. Is this what the MANAGER would say? The service staff laughed at us next to see us talking to the manager
Overall, there was no service training for the staff. They said they would check out the next day and move our luggage to a new room. But it wasn't done at all. Totally we did our self.
When I check in again, another staff gave us two completely different room keys (it seemed like they didn't take a handover about the situation). I don’t want to visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff telling us that to ‘come here and get your keys’ as if they were dealing with their subordinates.
In the breakfast restaurant, all customers' plates are stacked, but there were no working. Overall, education on service is required
