The hotel owns two buildings, one of which is located within walking distance of another hotel. The first building is orange, while the second building is green. If your booking is in the second building, the hotel will provide the another different GPS location in the app message to help you find it easily. Windy in night balcony.

The location is great, shopping centers, markets, cafes - everything is nearby. The beach was not important to us, we went further to the islands, but we reached Patong in about 15 minutes.
We had a late check-in, I wrote to the owner the day before, he described everything in detail, offered another room to choose from, snacks, drinks. And he was constantly in touch with us.
For that kind of money, a couple of nights are just top in this area.

I lived in a single room. The guesthouse is located on a very quiet street for locals, and it's not that long to walk to Bangla. There are inexpensive cafes for locals nearby. Everything in the room is very simple, but clean. Wi-Fi worked well. The mattress is a bit hard. They give you soap, but no shampoo. Keep in mind that the simplest room doesn't have a normal window. We lived for 15 days, we could have stayed for another 12 days, but the price rose rapidly and we found another hotel! So, the hotel is quite suitable, do not be afraid to book boldly!!!
