Excellent hotel. They clean often, the room is always clean. The location is great, you can't hear the noise from the streets and it's not far from the city center and the beach. The staff is very helpful, you can chat, ask something. They even helped us communicate in Thai with a taxi driver when we lost a bag from the store :). We will definitely return to this hotel if we have the opportunity, it was very sad to leave.

Lots of cafes and mokashnitsy. Christian is in charge. He does everything himself. He fixed the safe himself. The bed is comfortable and clean. There are kitchen utensils, but a minimum, but enough for a couple. Microwave (used periodically) and rice cooker (never used). Cleaning is daily, but a minimum. They change towels, make (change linen) on the bed. Tea, coffee, water are replenished daily. Of the shortcomings - in the rooms without a balcony, there is nowhere to dry linen, there is no dryer. The air conditioner is old. The furniture is a little worn. For budget and non-possessive tourists - I recommend.
