The location is generally satisfactory, but the sea view Gyaksil suffers from a lot of noise due to the sound of music and firecrackers until dawn

The hotel is very much over priced it’s a 2-3 stars hotel class the noise coming from every where you can’t sleep the staff trying to be helpful but they can’t do more my room was in the second floor hear all the swimming pool noise in the early morning
Pls don’t pay as much as a 7 stars resort

Till today everything was good. Good rooms and good locarions.They made us pay for new year celebrations as mandatory and it was the worst new year evening I ever attended. Noting was good. I just don't want to give them lower rating

Was ok
A bit noisy and the hotel was completely open so not secure
Staff constantly talking loudly outside the rooms from 8am
Rooms very large
Didn’t like they checked the room before refunding my deposit felt it was a bit rude

Nice n clean hotel , my room was very spacious n clean, the bath ammennities was very nice. Hotel is infront of patong beach n many water sports.
The only problem i had was no hook to hang towel n clothes in the shower room

It was the worst experience ever. Haven’t seen worse service than this. First we didn’t get the room at 3 pm check in so we decided to go out instead . We came back late and went to sleep but the ac was not working my daughter was stressed and tired and due to lack of sleep got fever . We complained again and again and staff came at 3 am in morning and said that we can change room but it was difficult since my daughter was running fever . The person at that time said they will compensate but next morning the manager didn’t respond properly and kept on deciding and at the end said that they will only compensate airport ride that was not even 10 percent of the room charges.
Our next day was also wasted bcs we all were too tired to do anything after a sleep less night
Their manager was rude. And they took no responsibility after ruining our trip

Major mistake by receptionist gave us Deluxe room while actually booked Verandah Room eventho they did "happy anniversary" message for us but they downgrade our room instead. And we checked in at 1.30pm yet telling us the room will only ready at 3pm. The Internet is the worse.
