Exceptional service from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left. The staff are warm and welcoming and will help you with any enquiries. Front of house staff were always professional and friendly no matter the time of day. Not a single fault for any of them Breakfast (Halal) was always spot on and they offer you an omelette or scrambled eggs with whatever additional ingredient they have available. It’s enough to start your day. The hotel is in a prime location, Junceylon mall is literally 2 min away by walk and Patong Beach is roughly 10 mins if you walk down the road ahead where the restaurant “Oggi” is. (Which I highly recommend) 11/10 Thank you Phuket!!

Pros: Good location it’s a couple of minutes walk to bangla and the beach. Very clean: cleaned everyday unless you ask them not to. Staff: friendly and helpful Room: spacious rooms, I had some specific requests and they were all fulfilled. Check in: I had an early flight and they let me check in early. Cons: At night you can hear everything from the rooms next to you The door: when someone’s knocks on the door next to your room it sounds as if they knocking at your door which can be very annoying at night when you sleeping especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. The don’t have room service for anything: so you have to go downstairs everytime of you need an iron or want to borrow a beach towel. Not so bad just a little bit inconvenient. That’s all , overall good hotel. I would recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again. I loved it.

The hotel is rather new, the ambience gives a good feeling and the atmosphere at the reception is friendly welcoming. It is a place with unique qualities and decor. Breakfast is good, fewer guests opted for it, it's value exceeded those outside the hotel. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist's needs. A nice rooftop swimming pool and a gymnasium with treadmills etc.

I love who close enough to the main road Bangla but its close to the boxing arena so you expect a noise I will return to it

I've stayed at Grace Patong maybe five or six times now, and every visit has been nothing short of perfect. The consistency in service and hospitality is what keeps me coming back. All the staff members are incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They always treat me with such kindness and care, making me feel at home each time. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and ideally located for enjoying everything Patong has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in Phuket!

My stay at the GRACE PATONG HOTEL in PHUKET was truly exceptional! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting PATONG, Phuket

The hotel Location is near to Jungceylon mall and Banzaan fresh market. Walking distance around 7-8 mins to Patong beach. So far so good.

Great stay. Place is clean and I felt safe within the hotel. The neighborhood is a little quieter than areas nearer Bangla. But popular places such as jungceylon, blanga and patong beach are within walking distance. Patong beach - about 20 min walk, jungceylon about 8-10 min walk. Near the hotel is a fresh food market and a boxing stadium. Fresh food market has a food street in the evenings. True about some noise from the stadium in late evenings. Hotel breakfast is reasonably priced with very good service.

I came here for the second time already. Nice quiet place. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is new and clean. If you come during the low season – it’s a good value for money option.

Small room but enough for solo travelers. Just far enough from noise. The location is perfect and good to reach everywhere. Room Service was bad.

Once again a fabulous stay at Grace Patong. They have made some improvements since I was there last, breakfast being one of them. They still offer free coffee every day after 12pm. Staff are exceptional, so helpful and cheerful

Great hotel, very nice location within 10mins to bangla road. Nearby 7E & staff very friendly and able to speak in english. Will repeat again ! Kudos
