We enjoyed our stay so much! The breakfast spread was great, my children enjoyed the generous spread! The view is so nice! We regret we only stayed for 1N.
We will be back to Pullman if we going back to Phuket!

This is a beautiful hotel, with abundant of amazing views of Naithon beach.
The hotel also has nice restaurants with very delicious food, with reasonable price. This is important since location of the hotel is quite remote & you do not have many options for F&B outside the hotel.
It will be better if they use golf cart/electric buggy, instead of modified Suzuki Carry & Nissan March.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The staff are so friendly as they help you out. One staff even took lots of photos for us. A staff even helped us park our car rental in the rain. The rooms were clean and spacious also. The pools are so wonderful. They even have cars to drive you right up to your specific building where your room is and ferry you to other hotel locations. A slight inconvenience is how far this branch of Pullman is from the main attraction and the city centers. But they take you by van bus to the major beaches. Also, you can do so much just staying in the hotel area like spa, cooking classes, restaurants, gym, pools (both for families and one for just adults), private beach, and bars. Also, get the breakfast as it’s delicious! It wasn’t included in the basic package on trip so double check that. We wish we had taken more photos of the place but were too busy enjoying!

Very near the airport, so it is a good options for who finding the hotel nearby. The room is nice, but the facilities is a bit old and too much insect. Other than that everything is good!! The breakfast is also very good!

Pullman Arcadia is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service is great! The entire staff, waiters, reception, drivers and cleaners are very friendly! The rooms are clean and spacious! The hotel offers a luxury stay for anyone looking to enjoy Phuket. There’s a lot of options for breakfast, including freshly squeezed juices. Dinner has a variety of western and Thai dishes. He bar area during the day can improve with the drinks and snacks order. They seemed to take more time than reasonable. The hotel is still a 10/10

It was such a nice stay in Pullman for 4 nights. The ocean view grand room is awesome. The hotel is like a beautiful garden. Breakfast was impressive with fresh juice. Of course infinite pool is definitely a highlight

Very nice hotel close to Phuket airport. The Ocean Grand rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. We liked the big pool and beach access, as well as the restaurant and bar facilities on site. The beach is very quiet and has several bars and restaurants as well.

It was a lovely resort and we would love to travel back. The location is a bit far from other attractions. The resort is very nice but will not recommend for older people as it’s on the hill and can involve walking.
