Breakfast is very good and a solid variety.
Rooms. I had some issues with ants but housekeeping took care of it.
The staff are friendly and kind. The hotel gave a gift card for a kg of fruit for our three-night stay.
Shuttle service is needed as the rooms are a little far from reception but I think people with special needs may experience a challenge getting on and off.
Check-in and check-out weren't bad. It took about ten minutes.
We had a nice room with a great view. I would recommend this accommodation for families and couples.

Amazing Stay at Beyond Patong!
I had a fantastic stay at Beyond Patong from July 27–31, 2025. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a great view of the pool and ocean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after exploring Phuket.
Trip.com made the entire booking process seamless. The confirmation was instant, the price was reasonable (CNY 3,182.88 for 4 nights), and everything went exactly as expected. I highly recommend both Beyond Patong and Trip.com for a hassle-free vacation experience.

The hotel itself is nice, with a clean and pleasant environment. It's also conveniently located with a 7-Eleven just across the street. However, the location can be quite difficult to find — most Bolt drivers struggled to locate it.
During the first two days of our stay, we experienced something unsettling. Despite placing a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, we noticed signs that someone had used the toilet in my friend's room — there was used toilet paper in the bowl, and the curtains were drawn open, even though my friend had left them closed. Thankfully, nothing was missing from the room. We reported it to the management, and the manager checked the CCTV footage but claimed that no one had entered the room. It was a disturbing experience, to say the least.
That said, aside from this incident, the hotel offers a comfortable and tidy atmosphere. With some improvements to security and clarity around guest privacy, it would be a much better experience overall.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort was wonderful. The resort’s location is perfect – just steps from Patong Beach and a short stroll to the vibrant Bangla Road nightlife, yet it manages to feel like a peaceful oasis. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and the signature DoubleTree cookie, setting the tone for a welcoming experience.
Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful pools. The bed was plush and comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. Speaking of pools, the resort has three gorgeous swimming pools (each with a swim-up bar), so finding a spot to relax was never an issue. We started each day with a lavish breakfast buffet offering Thai and international dishes – everything was fresh and delicious. The on-site dining options were excellent, and a relaxing visit to the spa was a highlight of our stay.
Above all, the service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help – they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I can’t wait to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Sawaddi Patong! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The housekeeper name Mae, really did a good job to my room. It was spotless clean and smell nice everytime we came back from our tour/activity. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help - especially the staff name Ngo! I came with my 12 year old son. When i had to urgently grab something from the 7/11 store nearby, my son still wanted to swim at the swimming pool. I asked Ngo to help me lookout for my son. He willingly helped me by running back and forth the concierge, attending to guest and swimming pool, to lookout for my son. I was so pleased with him and I even looked for him at the resort upon checkout, just to tip him and thank him before leaving. My son was very happy throughout the entire stay here. He enjoyed the 2 big swimming pools especially! Appreciated the smooth check-in process when we arrived at late night. The bed is so comfy and im always ready to jump on it after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. They provide shuttle service to patong beach. Must book in advance. Well most importantly, I feel safe here. All the staff know us and I dont have to worry of my son roaming around on his own at the resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend this!

We recently stayed at Kalima Resort with our 10-year-old daughter in early June 2025, and despite some challenges due to the rainy weather, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The resort's hilltop location offers stunning views, but it's worth noting that the steep slopes and stairs may make it less accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, some corridors aren't sheltered, so you might get wet walking between buildings during rain.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Our twin-bedded room with a sea view and balcony was perfect for our family of three, and the bathtub was a hit with my daughter. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English.
The pool area was a highlight, with a pool bar offering breathtaking views of the sea. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including halal and vegetarian options. The Italian food served in the afternoon and evening was delicious.
The resort's shuttle bus service to Patong shopping malls was convenient, taking just 10 minutes.
Overall, despite the slippery floors during the rainy weather, we found the stay to be comfortable and family-friendly. We'd definitely consider returning to Kalima Resort.

Great hotel across from Kamala Beach, older style furnishings however the rooms were very clean. The aircon also worked well.
I initially booked into a pool access room however as there were children in the pool making excessive noise I requested a room change.
The reception staff were very accommodating and facilitated a villa towards the rear of the property.
Staff were very friendly and polite.
Plenty of restaurants close by.
Note the main pool is closed for renovations.
The price of around THB1,000 per night is appropriate for this property.

We had booked a round-trip airport transfer and was provided assistance when departing from Phuket Airport by the airport representative. Anton helped us get checked in to our airline and dropped off our luggage. This was a nice touch provided by the hotel. We booked a partial ocean view pavilion. The room was very clean and modern. The decor makes the room feel comfortable and each room has a private pool. Attention to detail is top notch and is what sets this hotel apart. Breakfast at Red Sauce was exceptional as there were plenty of food selections to choose from. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors during breakfast. Sitting outdoors will grant you a view of the pool. The dishes we ordered from the a la carte menu came out quick and everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is what truly makes this hotel a definite return for me in the future.

GGuest UserEverything was great. From the cozy, soft bed to the pool on the roof, where it is simply incredible to watch the sunset. You can smoke on the balcony.
It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc. On the beach itself there is a smoking area/beer/fresh juices/jet skis/toilet/shower, in general, everything your heart desires! We spent 2 weeks in complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone!

The room was generally clean, but there were minor flaws (scuffs and scratches on the floor, stains on the sofa). And the room looks great!
The breakfasts are excellent, the portions are large, you can choose two dishes from the morning menu per person, plus snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. (buffet).
For our last breakfast they made us a farewell dessert, delicious and pleasant.
Would we return to this place again, definitely yes!

I absolutely love this hotel! Every time we used the ”Do Not Disturb” button, the housekeeper respected our privacy and left a thoughtful note, ensuring we knew when she would return to clean the room. We never felt forgotten. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind.
Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Alex, the trainee, went above and beyond to ensure we had a baby chair and utensils, always greeting us with a smile and making our stay incredibly pleasant.
Special thanks to Bovwy for suggesting trips around Phuket that catered to our needs as travelers with a baby. The hotel manager was also incredibly accommodating, especially considering my husband's tendency to wake up late for breakfast. He even invited us to participate in New Year Blessings from Moncks.
Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations and outstanding service.

CChelseaMagIf you're looking for an affordable place to stay on your budget trip, I highly recommend MyPatong Hostel. The staff was friendly and politely inform us that the room was not ready because we arrived quite early on the day. But, since it was our first time traveling to Patong, we dont mind to wait and left our luggage at the counter. There was so many places to explore nearby. Other than that, not only it is pocket-friendly, but it's also conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk away from the hostel to the vibrant night market, where you can indulge in delicious local food, shopping mall, explore tour centers, enjoy the nightlife at clubs, relax on the beach, massage and even shop for souvenirs. It's the perfect hub for all your adventures!🌙🍽️🏖️🛍️
