The hotel is good for families with kids because of the fun water slides and the kids pool, and they have a stamping game to collect stamps from different part of hotel to redeem gift for kids. Overall the hotel is quite old and need a lot of improvement. Like our room, the shower drain is clogged everytime bath, and on the last day the toilet is clogged. And we were badly bitten by bed bugs even I sprayed bed bug spray it didn’t work, in the end we requested to change mattress and it improved. And have to be careful about the bugs bite and mosquitoes bite everywhere. The breakfast is average, we stayed for 5 night the breakfast is almost the same everyday. Nonetheless the staff were friendly and location is almost included as free pick up whenever you sign up any island tour, also convenient to get food around.

I am dissatisfied with my recent stay due to the following issues:
• Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made.
• Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation.
• Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls.
• Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed.
• Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.

We had an enjoyable stay at Glow Mira! We initially had some furniture issues in our room, but the front desk officer, View, handled it so promptly and professionally. The place is clean and the best part of the hotel is the friendly and service-oriented staff. Hotel is also 10-15 minutes walking distance to eateries and Temple night market.

We had a perfect stay from check in to check out. Lovely Petch at the front desk helped us to upgrade our room to better suit our family of 3. All food we ate at the restaurant and cafes were delicious. Our daughter felt a little ill for one day and missed breakfast the nice staff at breakfast remembered and asked how she was feeling the next day.
The pools were delightful and the spa was spectacular. I went twice to the spa and my husband once. We enjoyed the band duo serenading us one evening in the Andaman Lounge. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Love this place , very friendly and professional staff, they go the extra mike to help you , i want to go somewhere, front desk manager call a car for me on one of the applications, so i don't need to take a taxi , she also ask the driver to give me her whatsapp so she can pick me up later , housekeeping personnel very nice and friendly, room very clean , love the breakfast, nice buffet, also the pools on the roof, from 1 to 10 i give 10 , highly recommend, very near the beach, just cross the street, many restaurants near , very simple was a very good choice

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, there was a small issue with cleanliness, but the front desk staff handled it very well quickly arranged a room change and offered complimentary breakfast as an apology. I was truly impressed by their care and responsiveness. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rest of the hotel was well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service.

Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday with my family at Sugar Marina Hotel - Art, Karon, and my kids had lots of fun at pools. It was much better than expected, so we wished we could extend of our stay for a few more days, but we couldn't do because of our next booking at another hotel.
Staff were very kind and helpful, especially POE at reception and her kind supports were very impressive!

Good and serene resort to stay. They broke my bag and repaired so carelessly that it broke again on very next day. Ruined my whole trip. Secondly, booked room for two nights and requested to assign us same room for which they charged me 500 thb. Disappointed. Never expected this. Mostly properties accommodate such small requests as a goodwill gesture.

I enjoyed the stay here a lot, the room was clean and exactly as the pictures. The personal was very friendly and helpful with any issues. They organised a motorbike rental for us, and you could also take Beach towels from the reception, which was nice. Close enough to the Main Street and 10 minute walk to the beach.

I do not recommend this hotel. First gave a room on the second floor, but I didn't even experience luck. Just opened the door and the terrible smell of moisture stopped me. I asked to change the room.
They gave on the third and there was a recent renovation, the room was fresh and comfortable. A little heard the road and the sea drizzle. On the second night we had neighbors whose conversation I heard through the wall. It was heard even how they put the glass on the table. There was a feeling that between the rooms was just a piece of phanera and no sound isolation.

MM435938****The owner is a very warm and helpful lady with a friendly and attentive service attitude. She's always attentive and asks if I need anything. The hotel is new and very clean, with a comfortable and cool decor. There's a kitchen for cooking, and free bread and jam are provided for breakfast. There's also free coffee and tea, and a small refrigerator downstairs for storing food. I'm truly grateful to the owner for being so kind to me throughout my stay, and I'd stay here again if I had the chance. I rarely write reviews, but I had a great stay here, and since it's a new hotel, people might be worried if they see no reviews, so I'm writing one right away! The location is great, with the beach just 50 meters away. Everything you need is nearby.

11391811****The location is close to Karon Beach, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the 711 convenience store. Phuket is actually not big, and we basically travel by taxi. The room is very clean and I am very satisfied with it. There is a washing machine, a refrigerator, and all the tableware is complete. The bathroom is super big, and there is a bathtub! It has its own private swimming pool, and both children and adults are very happy to soak in the pool. The relaxation of the holiday is maximized! Although it is not like a hotel with a lobby, it is like a serviced apartment, but the service response is very fast. If you need anything, just contact the housekeeper and it will be delivered immediately. There are also 6 large bottles of water. There is no extra electricity bill! Highly recommended, I will choose this one next time I go with friends!

I had been given a room on the fourth floor and during the first night my air conditioning stopped working so I went and told the young man at the front desk at about 5:30am. He couldn’t change my room, ad it was quite early, but got me a fan which made do until I went back down a few hours later and talked with some other staff.
They were able to change my room (turns out there was something wrong with the air conditioning in that room), they apologised profusely for putting me in that room, I let them know it wasn’t an issue and it’s all good, my room got upgraded with the change, the air conditioning worked perfectly and I then didn’t have a room with afternoon sun so it was perfect.
Everything was great and the pool was good too!
Location worked for me as I had everything nearby that I needed.
The bed was way too firm for me but that can be an issue at a lot of hotels in SE Asia.
The staff truly made my stay here so wonderful.

GGuest UserI booked Grand Deluxe Room with my son which is located on the third floor. The room is huge with big balcony. Balcony faces to the noisy street which may be loud for some people at night. But it was ok for us. The bed in the room is very big and comfortable. Air con works good. Room is very clean. It’s about 10 minutes walking to the beach. 7/11 supermarket is just nearby which is very convenient. Overall, we liked May house very much and enjoyed our stay.

EexpertstentFirst of all, the location is very convenient. It is within 500 meters of Karon Beach in a straight line. It is very convenient to go to the beach. There is a 711 downstairs and there are many food around. Secondly, the check-in is very fast. There is a guy to help carry the luggage upstairs. The room is relatively clean as a whole, with an ins style and a comfortable mattress. The hotel owner is very nice and provides full marks for service to guests. Because of an unexpected situation, we went to Patong Hospital in the middle of the night, but the communication was not smooth and the progress was slow. After explaining the situation to the hotel owner, he kept helping to communicate with the hospital and assisted us in receiving treatment as soon as possible. In the end, the owner helped to advance the cash when there was not enough, which successfully solved a lot of trouble. Thank you very much. Otherwise, in a foreign country with language barriers, there would be no way to deal with unexpected situations.

We had a great experience at this hotel — they definitely live up to their star rating. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, everything was clean and nicely maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
A special shoutout for the lovely surprise on my birthday — they brought out a cake at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. It truly made my day.

If you contact the front desk before going out, there will be a car to pick you up at the door. The service is very good. Every staff member is very friendly. If you need help to find the hotel staff, they can respond quickly. In addition, the hotel breakfast is really delicious, and it is different every day. I have been to Thailand for fun in recent years, and I think the service of Thai hotels is really good. I think you must be mentally prepared when going abroad. After all, it is different from China. You need to solve communication and cultural problems, and make a good strategy in advance. In general, it is not convenient to shop, eat and go shopping around this hotel, but it is impeccable.
